“Man, I can not say enough about this property and overall experience. We had a fabulous time and everyone we communicated with went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. From the arranged airport pick up to the stocked fridge, and taxi arrangements, the communication was top notch. The area felt very safe and secure. Check in/out gates were always manned and there was plenty do within walking distance. The beach was beautiful, the pool clean… I could go on and on. We hope to visit again...

“We had multiple issues from day one with the profusely leaking, a shower that dripped loudly 24/7, one unusable shower and then storm shutters banging against the windows for several nights. Vacasa manages this unit and didn’t really try to get anyone there to help for 4 days and they didn’t show up when they said they would. On day 5 we told them to forget it. All guests left early.”

“Eric and Naty could not have been nicer and more helpful to make our stay so enjoyable. The house is spacious, the terraces are plenty, the palapa is a wonderful room to hang out in with family or to curl up on the hammock with a good book and swing along with the breeze. “The condo was clean and well equipped. The original listing (when we booked) had an incorrect location. (They have since corrected it). It was a bit frustrating at first as we had wanted to walk to more things, we had rented a car though so we were able to drive everywhere we wanted to go. In the end the location had a more authentic feel and was less touristy, which for us turned out to be more fun and a great contrast to the 5th Ave area. “This rental was in a decent location. It was about a mile from a local beach, 15 minutes from downtown (dancing and dining) and approximately 30 minute drive to Tulum. Property was protected with bars on the windows, neighborhood quiet. We felt safe. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Nothing fancy. Could have used a deep clean honestly. “The location for what we wanted to do in the area was great. The facilities looked amazing and the property provided everything we needed for our week long stay. There were shops and places to eat in the community which made it convenient for when we needed things. I will be looking forward to staying here again. The property manager was so easy to communicate with was was very helpful. We loved it!”

The design is stunning, the location is even better, my niece and nephew and the rest of the family loved the lush foliage and wildlife that paid us a daily visit: iguanas and spider monkeys and different birds. “Ok place if you don't care so much about pool or beach life. Pool is small and has zero sunbeds, beach is not lovely. Location is good and the fact that they provide drinking water in room so you don't have to haul it from the store is great. ”
