“Honesty perfect! If you are looking for a relaxing bay front with all of the amenities to relax, fish or play, look no further! The fact that we brought our dogs on their first vacation had us concerned, but the host of this beautiful getaway made that comfortable as well. The yard is fenced but if you have jumpers like we do there are tie down leashes kept in the yard. Decor is adorable and the entire cottage was recently updated and spotless. We look forward to visiting again!”

“We enjoyed watching the lake, even on grey days as there are lots of ducks, swans, and loons. The area has plenty of delicious food options. Great proximity to the beach and amusements, and the house is very comfortable and functional. Lots of nice touches, nice beds, great TV sound system, and a huge kitchen with great appliances. The owner was truly helpful and kind. Highly recommend!”

“Me and my family couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The host was excellent, she responded promptly to any questions I had and was very accommodating . She even welcomed us with a bottle of wine and chocolate treats. I would definitely recommend this rental to all my friends and i would like to come back in the future.”

The owners equipped the place with all the conveniences for cooking and beach. The location was great, only a block to the boardwalk and beach but very quiet inside gated community with private pool. A block away from the beach, few blocks from water park, everything was very easy. Owner answers questions right away and is on top of things. “Rented the place over 3 days for new years. Really nice location 2 blocks away from the heart of Beach Haven, convenient to the local grocery store. As a group of young families with little kids we loved how there were two separate living spaces so adults and kids could have their own spaces.”

“My family stayed in Jionni’s condo for a family November wedding. I can’t rave enough. It was extremely clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Jionni was extremely accommodating. The price for November was perfect for 2 families to afford. Do not second guess yourself if you are looking at this rental. You will not be disappointed.”
