We are sorry to hear your expectations were not met; we are self-catering apartments and therefore do not offer a daily service, our room rates reflect this; this is of course available if you wish to pay for the additional service. We do offer all amenities, including coffee sachets free of charge to our guests- however our coffee pods do come at an additional cost- I do apologise you found our team rude in this instance. We have a wonderful team here at Aqueous so it is surprising to hear this feedback. We are a quiet resort here at Aqueous and never receive party groups, the rules you read were part of the regulations of buildings in Port Douglas and are part of the Body Corporate regulations- we have these rules to thank for keeping our wonderful hotel nice and peaceful for our loyal guests.
