“The house was very clean, well maintained, and a great size for all of us. The neighborhood was very walkable and the house is super close to the beach which allowed for lots of walking. The host was very responsive and friendly and gladly answered any questions and concerns we had. The website provided when booking also made everything very clear and was referenced many times during the trip as it was so thorough. “The place was filthy, went to the place we thought was our check in place and they stated our rented was not part of them. So no pools, very hard to find the place, we had 3 adults and were given enough towels for 2, thankfully we had towels for the so called pool. How they can charge a cleaning fee when the place hasn't been cleaned in ages, I took pictures. We actually left early and went elsewhere.”

“The apartment was on the top floor the pictures are accurate but the description is vague. The outside of the property needs to be addressed. The other houses in the neighborhood are beautiful. Great neighborhood for walking. The public beach is a 2 min car ride or you can walk to the end of the block to the sea wall and set up there. In the afternoon is low tide. Great restaurants in the town of Hampton. Would come back.”

“We had a very small unit for 4 people, but we had eveything we needed at our fingers. I would highly recommend this motel to everyone. Very affordable!”

“Amazing location right off the beach. It is on the end of the strip so it is more quiet than being right on the strip. Very cute and cozy. Super clean. We will be staying here again next summer!”

“The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!”

“Exactly as described/pictures. Right across from the beach. Very clean. Walls were thin so we could occasionally hear other occupants but the host provided complimentary ear plugs. We did not need them. Pet friendly so keep in mind if you have pet allergies. Overall a great place to stay very clean and close to restaurants/attractions.”

“The property, although not within easy walking distance of much, is located a very short drive from downtown Portsmouth and attractions. The house was nicely set up, had ample room to enjoy, and all of the house amenities needed. Would recommend!”
