We have many rooms, many suites, many apartments all one almost the same and we assign the rooms,suites, ectc in base the availability. On expedia.com, hotels.com etc we have generic photos of all the rooms, all the suites and all the apartments, if you see one photo you cannot pretend that will be the suite that you will have. When you check-in you see the suite that we have assigned you if was not good for you, you can ask us to move in another suites we have not received any request from you. Dear Guest, Thank you very much for stay with us at La Caravella Positano. Frist of all the we inform you that we are not a Hotel we are a residence. You have reserved a DOUBLE ROOM WITHOUT SEAVIEW, and we have gived you for make you stay more comfortable a room with partial seaview. We don't understand why everyone who booked a room without seaview come here and pretend the room with a seaview. Your room was with a little terrace better than a balcony. Our private beach area is direclty on the beach, there are clealry photos on expedia and hotels.com Also wifi access and shower works perfeclty we havn't received any reclaim from nobody. Also we havn't received any complaints from hotels.com maybe because most of what you have write here is false. Yours Sincerely. La Caravella Positano

Gentile Cliente, Ci teniamo molto ad informarla che la stanza da lei riservata era NON VISTA MARE, quindi come fa a risportare qui queste cose? Le è stato offerto un upgrade in una stanza con vista mare con il pagamento di una piccola differenza, ma lei si è rifiutata. Ha prenotato una stanza senza vista mare al costo inferiore una volta arrivata qui pretendeva la vista mare al costo della non vista mare..... La prossima volta la inviatiamo a prenotare una stanza con vista mare. il nostro personale è accogliente e gentile con tutti i nostri clienti, che molte volte richiedono pretese che non possiamo accontentare, siamo spiacenti....
