“Tiny House is exactly what it is, it was perfect for what we needed and affordable. All the hotel chains in the area are outrageously over priced all the time. This rental is perfect for a couple or single person staying a night or two. Its an all open floor space, double bed is a fotone & queen bed was up on a loft. 3 of us with a dog stayed 1 night, my 17 year old was the better option to climb up to queen bed, my husband and i stayed on the couch bed and our 50lb dog laid on his dog bed...

“This place is absolutely perfect for any visit to Clarkson! So clean and comfortable and only four minutes away from campus. Wish I would have found this on our first visit. It is close, yet so relaxing by the river with so many things to do to relax. Beth, the host, is very kind and helpful for absolutely anything you may need. “The property was close to St. Lawrence, where my daughter goes to school. It offered a nice living area with a full kitchen and laundry. The outdoor space was amazing.
