Fantastiskt fint hotell, utmärkt service, bra läge
Jag och min fru spenderade tre dagar i Prag för att fira vår 1-åriga bröllopsdag. Vi trivdes väldigt bra i en juniorsvit på Alcron Hotel. Läget var perfekt, väldigt centralt och med gångavstånd överallt. Hotellet var fräscht och modernt men med hjärta och värme, mysigt och fint inrett. Personalen var väldigt trevlig, frukosten var klart över medel men bäst av allt var nog rummet som verkligen hade allt. Hotellbaren var också mycket snyggt inredd och trevlig och mysig, rekommenderar verkligen ett besök där. Det pågick en renovering medan vi bodde där men det märktes knappt, stördes inte av några ljud eller någonting annat. Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell!

The staff was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. They walked us to our room after we checked in and they booked our tours for us. They provided umbrellas and always asked if we needed anything. The location was unmatched as far as walkability, food, shopping and convenience. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on in ANY hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The decor was modern and beautiful. It was our first time in Prague and we will definitely be returning and staying here again.

By far the best hotel in Prague in terms for value for money and location. Excellent and friendly staff. Great quality of rooms and decor. Would wish to see their breakfast included option applicable for the members as well. They are missing out on people choosing this wonderful option.

Michael at reception was incredibly kind and thoughtful, he instantly made us feel welcomed and provided some recommendations to do in Prague. This hotel is beautiful, high end amenities, great location, and friendly staff. The only reason I could not give 5 star is that it can be very very noisy late at night because they do many private events and the people yell and scream in the court yard, it does stop at about midnight. Also, I had a housekeeping woman come in my room at 5pm when I was getting ready to go to dinner, she startled me very badly, and she said she had to put towels down by the bed, which the other staff said is not normal, it was very odd, and as a solo female traveler made me feel unsafe, I put the table by the door at night because of this. It is a perfect location and really luxurious, I would stay again despite the noise and weird experience with housekeeping.

I believe that the incident which you had with housekeeper was caused by turn down service which we do every day in our premium rooms. I can assume that housekeeper due to the language barrier could not explain you properly why she came to your room and this cause this misunderstanding from our side.
