Mycket trevligt svenskägt hotell perfekt placerat vid Karlsbron. Något otrimmad personal, men det gäller nog överallt efter Corona-åren.

Underbara Prag, rik på kultur!
Vilken härlig stad Prag är! Njöt av Musea, kyrkor, konserter, opera, folklore och god mat. Gamla staden är otrolig att vandra runt i.

Bästa hotellet jag bott på!
Hotellet ligger mitt i Prag bara någon minuts gångväg från alla stora sevärdheter. Rummen är stora och modernt inredda i en klassisk stil. Det kanske absolut bästa med hotellet är dock personalen. Har aldrig varit med om ett hotell där personalen anstränger sig så mycket för att ge deras kunder en så fin upplevelse som på Smetana. Vi kände oss verkligen väl omhändertagna. Nästa gång vi återvänder till Prag kommer vi definitivt bo på Smetana.

supernöjda!
Väldigt bra läge! Vi blev uppgraderade och fick en svit med utsikt mot Karlsbron och Pragborgen. Kändes överdådigt med tre rum, två badrum, två toaletter, hallar, många garderober och fint välkomnande med kylt vin, choklad och snacks. Glad och trevlig personal. Frukosten är bättre att ta på stan, finns gott om bra alternativ.

Utmärkt läge - bara ljummet vatten i badrummet
Vackert hotell i ett väl renoverat palats. Tyvärr lyckades vi inte få något varmvatten (bara ljummet) när vi duschade eller försökte ta ett bad. Trist för annars är hotellet superbt.

Imponerande service i vackert palats!
Ett bra hotell med mycket hög service. Stor härlig svit med dubbla sovrum med sköna Kingsize-sängar i båda rummen, dubbla WC, 3 stycken tv-apparater, stor hall med plats för barnvagn och stort vardagsrum för avkoppling. Rummet var knäpptyst trots hotellets centrala läge. Enda negativa var ett något föråldrat/slitet badrum, även fast det inte inverkade något på funktionen. Mest imponerande var ändå servicenivån på hotellet, 5+ rakt igenom.

Great location, only one toilet in the suite.
There was only one small toilet in the suite even though there were two full bathrooms with shower and bathtub in both. So me and my friend had to share it. Other than this I have only great things to say about the hotel. Would definitely visit again.

Kung för en helg!
Individuella rum med mycket hög standard inrett i ett gammalt palats beläget mycket centralt. Vi åt aldrig av frukosten, som vi tyckte var lite dyr, men stan är full av cafér på nära håll som säljer mackor och kaffe till billig penning. Nära till allt, utan att behöva störas av trafiken. Kan klar rekomenderas.

Lyx placerat mitt i smeten
Mycket trevligt hotell, placerat så att man ser stans största turistattraktion Karlsbron så fort du kommer ut på gatan. Omgett av flera trevliga resturanger och nära till shopping. Små lyxiga detaljer som nedvikt täcke när man kom hem efter middagen och nästa dags väderutsikter + en liten reklamtext om en turistattraktion utöver de vanligaste på huvudkudden samt tofflorna framställda. När "kulturkrocken" är förbisedd (tjeckerna ler inte lika ofta som vi) möttes vi av god hjälp i receptionen. Rummen kan variera i storlek för samma pris, så har ni inte fått mer än 30 kvm fråga om ni kan byta....

Super nice and friendly staff, however a few things that makes it just a 5 star such as no champagne in fridge, no flowers in the room, no staff to ask you what you would like to drink at the breakfast and if you would like something special and small, yet important things like that.

The hotel is older, but very nicely updated to give modern amenities - exactly what I'm looking for in an old city like Prague. The view was across the water of Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle/Cathedral. Amazing. Right on the Edge of Old Town, it was a quick walk to sights, shops, restaurants, etc. Everyone working there was great, but Kirill, at the night desk, was particularly amazing. Super helpful, great problem solver. I will be staying here again.

Fantastisk hotell og vertskap
Vi hadde gleden av å besøke The Mozart Pargue tidlig i desember. Vi hadde ett fantastisk opphold. Selv om mye av det offentlige julemarkedet i Prague er ganske kommersielt, så hadde hotellet sitt eget fantastiske julemarked, med mange boder med hjemmelaget øl, kaker, håndtverk også videre. I tillegg var det fremføring av julesanger fra kor i alle aldre, igjennom hele dagen. På kveldene så var det konserter på scenen :-) Totalt ett veldig ekslusivt hotell med strålende service, og en atmosfære man bare kan drømme om :-)

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. We stayed in a family suite and expected two bedrooms but we had a three bedroom and full three bathrooms! Everything was beautiful- the furniture, decor, flooring- It all felt very elegant. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Denisa and the other persons at the front who always greeted us with smiles. The breakfast options were okay but the staff in the dining room for both breakfast and dinner were always very nice. We were lucky to be there the weekend of a charity event being held in the two courtyards and everything was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! Such an easy walk to the markets, a great view of the bridge from our room, and all so clean. I definitely will return to this hotel! Thank you to everyone!

Staff was friendly, accommodating and very professional. Our Nespresso wasn’t working so the 2 days that we stayed they brought us coffee to our room. We also had white wine waiting when we arrived with a nice thank you note!! Thanks to Oxana, Denisa, Kiriel and Pedro for making our experience pleasant!!

Great stay
The location Is unbeatable. Staff are so friendly and professional. The sauna was top notch. The only thing was room was a bit smaller than the picture.
