“Nice clean rooms with everything you might need. Fully equipped kitchen, even a dishwasher. Comfortable beds. We were also surprised over how quiet the rooms were. The breakfast was very good, especially that the chef made omelettes your way and the fresh fruit. Overall a very nice hotel for the buck. Would definately stay here again if we were to come back to this area.”

“Stayed in the Skyline Tower and the view was awesome; Omni, Reunion Tower and more all visible! Staff was all helpful. We didn’t valet because we were doing a lot of in-and-out and didn’t love that self-parking was across the street in an unsecure parking lot. Also didn't love that room keys aren't required for the lift in such a large/frequented hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet and modern.”

“My family and I spend 2 nights on suites same price BUT very different in everything...one was on 9 floor and the other 3 floor, both in corners so means bigger suites i guess...oh well in 3 floor, the housekeeper fixed beds, trash out, took the dirty towels but did not leave us clean, no hand soap or body lotion, the shower curtain ripped, in here I make responsable to the supervisors. People on front desk not really friendly as being first contact with customers. People on breakfast was REALLY...

The staff is friendly and accomodating and their cheerful attitude indicates pride in their job and the hotel where they work. Any company would love to have employees like these and it also reflects well on management.”

“Även denna gång var Cooper Hotel ett perfekt val. Rummen är stora,rena och bekväma. Gymmet och träningsmöjligheterna är fantastiska, gymmet öppnar 05 på morgonen med olika pass under dagens lopp. Personalen är mycket serviceinriktad och trevlig och hotellområdet med omgivande parkområde är lugnt och välskött. Frukosten av kontinental karaktär är bra med amerikanska mått.”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Hotel in Dallas near Galleria, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Location, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all exceptional! ”

“Very nice place! Unique experience with it being a partial residential building but everyone was kind and it was easy to navigate. There is a separate elevator entrance for hotel guests, but there is a back entrance of the building that is close. Felt safe walking around, but it is a big city so be on your usual guard. ”
