Dear Orbitz, Firstly may I thank you for taking the time to leave a review as guest feedback is invaluable for us to know the areas in where we can improve, and secondly I would like to offer you my sincere apologies that our normal expected standard of service was not lived up too for you at this time. I cannot make any excuses at all as at the moment I am aware that our service is running a little slower than we wish for, this is solely due to the resort having full occupancy which is a blessing for us after certain recent events, but unfortunately we are not able to have the full team on duty as cost saving is in place to try and recover a little from the previous mentioned. We are truly sorry that you were not aware that some of our villas are not located at the Main Wing of our resort, we do provide this information in the room description. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, our Ocean View & Beach Front pool residences are located at the Main Wing and rooms in our Franjipani Wing are located 300 meters along the beach. We sincerely apologise that you experienced a short circuit on 3 occasions, this was a result of every power socket being used at the same time and it caused the fuses to blow, we were very pleased that we could change the fuses for you each time as soon as it happened. The trees outside of the room provide a nice natural shade, we didn't see any bee hive on the trees but we will check regularly to see if they are going to make a home there and relocate them in the best way possible. We provide a complimentary birthday cake for guests who have a birthday during there stay with us, as your birthday was 30 days away a cake wasn't provided for you unfortunately, although if i had known about your request at the time then we would of been more than happy to provide a birthday cake for you. We are sincerely sorry that you was not entirely satisfied with you recent stay with us and we hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back at sometime in the future to be able to make amends.
