“The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication.”

“Overall a good stay with a few small issues and one BIG issue: -Those exterior furniture cushions were discolored and had mold on some spots (definately NOT same color as in the photo) -pool needs resurfaced/painted -Daily interruptions when i was ASLEEP checking on my stay (not exactly a bad thing but when you're in the middle of sleeping YES) -Biggest thing VERY LATE CHECK-IN!!! “We absolutely enjoyed our time here at Villa Las Sirenas. Tonya, Joni, Narcisco, Gustavo and Gabino are all so amazing and welcoming. We throughly enjoyed all of our excursions and Gus made this all a breeze! (Paradise Island, Monkey Jungle, Dune Buggies through the jungle, Zipline, Fishing -Caught a Tuna- call High Zs and ask for Nelson! They leave right out of Ocean World, 27 Waterfalls! All of it was wonderful. Tonya's cooking was delicious 😋 😍 😌”
