It would have been great if there were self-laundry services, if not on the resort then nearby. We took advantage of the most fascinating and unfortunately dirty excursions on offer. There were some staff that were very helpful and kind and a few that were indifferent and couldn't be bothered. The food was very good and we went exploring and...

“Overall lovely place to stay in Peurto Rico! Felt safe. Beautiful views. Loved proximity to Rainforest, beach/ocean and pools. Tripped on a piece of cement walkway on way from pool area to beach (sections of concrete were not level to each other) and thankfully was not hurt badly, but was sore for a day. The staff were always helpful, attentive and pleasant! Our room was lovely but had a musty smell, likely due to the high humidity? ”
