Dining room is not very good. I specified how I wanted my steak cooked (medium) and they sent it out raw. It was absolutely disgusting and when I tried to send it back and get something else instead, they wanted to charge me for 2 meals. Manager had gone home so there was no one to appeal to. Would not recommend eating at their restaurant.

We were assigned a room that did not have a real window to the outside which was a negative. Additionally the room was hot and we could not find the thermostat or cool it down for easy sleeping. Restaurant was good and facilities were generally good although the spa was being repaired. Staff at the front desk was all business and didn’t address our concerns for late checkout or identifying lunch options or early coffee options. Generally a good stay but missed on some of the pluses we would expect.

The room was stuffy with no fan in the room. With continuous barking of stray dogs and traffic, it was hard to sleep. Staff was friendly though.

Atendentes um tanto desatentos 1: tínhamos passeio com saída antes do inicio do cafe da manha, para isso o hotel disponibiliza um lanche que fica a disposição na recepção sob encomenda previa, porem ao solicitarmos nosso lanche não havia sido feito ate que pegaram de uma outra reserva e nos disponibilizaram 2: no check out cobraram um cafe da manha sendo que minha reserva ja incluía cafe todos os dias. Detalhes que não devem ocorrer em um hotel deste nível.

Peasimo atendimiento y atención al cliente
Fue una estancia pésima, habia reservado cama queen y cuando llegué me han dado una habitación con dos camas de soltero de 70cm de ancho. No podia dormir en un espacio tan estrecho, tube que unir dos camas pero aun asi me acia ppr el hueco entrelas doa camas, no vonsegui dormir. El trato que me han dado no ha sido lo mismo que veia darselo a gente local chileno, pedi que me cambiaran para una habitación con cama queen y me han dicho que era imposible, no han tenido un minimo de interés o de voluntad en ayudarne. La posivion de la gerenta y de la persona del checkin fue depreciable.

The hotel was excellent. There was an issue at 7:00 AM one morning when the staff turned on the music system for the lobby but did not notice that it was on throughout the entire hotel. It was load and woke us up but it was corrected quickly

The hotel was at full capacity and the staff seemed totally unprepared for this. At check in we were given a room that was occupied (Imagine the shock of walking into a room after an hour in reception to find it dirty, with other people’s stuff!). Breakfast was lackluster and the staff insisted on charging it although it was clearly stated it was included in the reservation. Definitely not recommending or returning
