This has been my favorite resort by far! We had an amazing butler Jean Claude, who went above and beyond to meet our needs! The restaurants were awesome, with many not requiring you to make reservations! I love DR, the country, culture, and people are so welcoming! I will definitely return to this resort!

Our butler Arturo was amazing and attentive, everything we wanted and needed was granted. We had an amazing vacation because of the effort staff put into treating us with class and satisfaction. I would have to say i wish majestic mirage was adults only. I did feel like the families with small children didnt listen to the rules. A couple of mornings and evenings we would get uncomfortable and leave the pool area we were in because families would bring small children to the 18 side pool. We booked club and didn't bring our children because we wanted an adult vacation. It was unfortunate that not everyone could follow rules.

Totally enjoyed this resort. I have no complaints. Everything was great as far as the food (really good), service was amazing and there were plenty of amenities. We are definitely coming back soon. We wanted to extend our stay. Glad we selected this resort. The amenities were awesome. We only left the resort one evening because we had booked Dinner in the Sky before the trip.

the majestic Mirage and their staff provide a World class experience like No our valet was top notch the room was spotless and the beach was devine. HOWEVER - Their transportation department "GO MAJESTIC" lacks the same attention to customer based services. Upon being picked up, I was forced to pay someone $30 for beers no one asked for and noone drank. The driver didnt even open the trunk so we could get our own bags until he saw which one of us had his tip handy. Unfortunately for him, that guy was me, and once I realized that we had to get our own bags from the van, my ten dollar bill went right back into my pocket. Transpotation (again, GOMAJESTIC) made an absolute clusterfuck out of getting back to the resprt following an afternoon excursion. My party of 5 was rushed to hurry up and get on a 3:00 shuttle that never came. The 430 that we were then told we would be on was overbooked and I was separated from my party and made to ride in a different van that wasnt even originally going to the Mirage. I was told I could be the last drop off for this other van, or I could wait for the 6:00 shuttle. DO NOT EVER USE GOMAJESTIC FOR YOUR TRAVEL

The property was beautiful and well cared for. The staff were very friendly. Our butler was nice but we didn't see her often and some requests and plans were delayed so we didn't always feel prioritized. Food was good although some reason always a big delay in getting drink at breakfast. However, staff's kindness always was present. Clear check out policy and great spa

Everything was excellent. Food was much better than typical all inclusive. Beautiful facility, beach, and helpful staff. The room was a little musty (just that humid/island smell). You can get aromatherapy oils to burn from your butler.

This resort was amazing! We loved the staff. Super friendly and helpful. No complaints for our 7 day stay. The only inconvenience was after doing a pre check in the day before it still took 2.5hrs to get checked into our room. We arrived at resort 2:30 and didn’t get a room until after 500pm. This resort was still a 5 star for me

The premises on the property are well taken care of, however the rooms not so much. The pillows smell like dirt, the shower like sewage(they fixed that once we addressed it) lamps are falling off certain places, one of the WC door had bo handle. I expected more from a 5 star hotel. The buffet good was sometimes old woth flies flying around..they could of thought of some way to keep the food fresher. My husband got food poisoning from some eggs he hd..i guess they were old.

We had a leak in our units roof and it took us going to the front desk 3 times before they changed our room. Our butler told us that he was going to get us something for our inconvenience but he did not. We also had no hot water our 1st day in the leaky unit. Once we moved rooms everything was wonderful and our new butler Bolivar was wonderful. He even messaged me to make sure we made it home ok

Great atmosphere with plenty to do! We enjoyed the sports bar, the steakhouse, Italian place for lunch, and the Japanese which you need reservations for. Plenty of pools and good service at all the bars. We had a great butler but we just didn’t need that much since we already had all our plans made. The spa was also incredible!

Staff was friendly welcoming, and some treated us like family. Upset with VIP room upgrade, we were placed way close to an entry were there was heavy traffic and staff were gathered. Lack of privacy and also noisy. Upon arrival we went to Seaside grill restaurant to have some lunch and while there a ceiling lamp fell to the ground landing on a table, loud bang and shattered plates and table settings. My husband and I were very startled. My husband suffers from Mental health issues he immediately fled and was reluctant enter the restaurant. Eventually he did, but we were careful to not sit under any lighy fixtures. We had chose MAJESTIC MIRAGE, because we had stayed at MAJESTIC ELEGANCE PRIOR. Staff (Bartenders, animation team and a few others were amazing and made up for the awful intro). On the second day we spoke to front desk and they set us up in another room, jacuzzi sky view with a broken Jacuzzi that did not retain water. Made the best of it anyways, resevations for bith the Japaneese Kabuki and Le Essence were also a challenge to reserve, but I guess since we mde them aware of the room upgrade and incident at the restaurant with falling light fixtures they kind of tried to make up. and noisy. The property is well managed and I like how easy it was to get reservations at the various restaurants even when we had 19 ppl with last minute request. I also like the fact that they didn't try to upsell anything. We actually enjoyed our vacation. It was perfect retirement celebration. Food and facilities are not 5* however the service and availability of everything made up for it. I would definitely return as this is our 2nd time visiting this facility. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip so enjoyable and relaxing.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 nights in the beginning of May and had a great time. The staff are all very friendly and our concierge Ricardo was very helpful with dinner reservations and any questions we had. Will be coming back to Majestic Mirage with friends in the near future.

I was very excited to stay at this property because of the reviews. I came with a big group, we made sure to pre check in and everything but it still took an hour and a half to check in and get assigned butlers to just take us to our rooms then we still had to wait for our luggage to be delivered. by the time we got settled we only had 1 hour left until the pool closed and we were very disappointed with all the wait time. Food was all pretty average, steak house was pretty good, my party had the Japanese and said that was the best meal they had. Casino and night club was 10 min walk in the sister hotel even tho we stayed at the 18 resort layout really didn't make any sense. The best part of our whole trip was our great experience with bartender at the pool, shout out to Claudio! My group had 3 different butlers, even tho I had "VIP" i received the worst service compared to the rest of my group so i don't want to taint my review of the hotel because others in my party did receive good service from their butlers. I'll just say over all it can be hit or miss at this resort. I had the vip rooftop and we got heavy rain and there were two leaks! I gave lower stars because i kept requesting house keeping to clean our room and never once did they come!
