Dear Customer, we are really sorry that we did not meet the expectations of your visit, however i would like to point out a couple of things about your evaluation of us. First i would just like to say that we accept all feedback, and we try to better ourselves by addressing each problem a customer might face so to prevent it from happening again. However you, on your part, should focus on providing this feedback on the things you experience as accurately as possible, without going on personal attacks on people you have never met and know nothing about. Regarding our breakfast, it is a standard Greek breakfast. Everything like croissants,pies,bougatsa etc. is freshly baked every morning and we do have fresh fruit daily, from the local market of Panorama. Our coffee brands are NESTLE, NESCAFE, and JACOBS, which are hardly the cheapest on the market. Dear guest, Thank you very much for staying with us, and for your valuable feedback! About the breakfast serving i would just like to say that it is indeed due to Covid regulations about open buffet in Greece, and its been like this during the last year or so. Its changing back to normal soon though, and visitors will be able to serve themselves at the buffet with the requirement that they use disinfectant and "one use plastic gloves" provided by us at the entrance of the breakfast buffet.
