This is the first time we've received feedback about the unit being cold, but we'll monitor this closely.As for the TVs, they are smart TVs equipped with Roku, allowing access to various streaming services. We've checked and confirmed that they are functioning correctly. The transition to internet TV from traditional cable offers more viewing options, which many of our guests enjoy.We also tested the Keurig coffee machine and kettle in your unit, and they are both operating correctly. Good Afternoon Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience during your recent stay here at the Riverside Resort. Our Life Guard takes her job very seriously because there are many children in a pool at a given time and lives are at stake. Her job requires her to be firm but thank you for sharing your thoughts on that I can pass it along to them. I am unsure on who the older guy could be and the store staff is training new summer students. We have a convenience store and icecream store on the same site so I will definetely let them know to not answer questions or provide directions from afar off when its really busy and people are lined up because it get misinterpreted and can come across as yelling and screaming.
