The hotel is excellent and the stuff very nice. Dinner was also extraordinary good. Alaska char was very good so was all the food. Thank you for the hospitality.

Room was on a very busy street and could hear loud bar below and anyone walking by being loud, Sat thru Wed. Everything else about the hotel (clean, modern, helpful staff) was great, especially the location. No room in valet but parking was easy just down the street.

The hotel was close to dining options and shopping. A downside to the property was the distant, hidden elevator, which was not easily accessible, and the steep staircase to the check in counter. Patrons have to carry their luggages up 26 steps!!

Le service de valais est beaucoup trop chère,l’odeur de la chambre c’etait on dirais l’odeur de la ventilation de l'hôpital. Mais le service était tres bien. Malheureusement ce n’ai pas le choix d’hôtel que nous aimons donc nous allons pas y retourner.

The staff were helpful and friendly. If you have a big truck check to make sure it will fit in the hotel's underground parking. If not, there is plenty of street parking, at least when we went (2nd week of March). The hotel is very close to all the restaurants, amenities, and attractions in Old Québec. The gym was small but everything worked and was not packed in the mornings. The sauna was clean and so too was the pool which was fine for kids.

Very clean hotel, in a safe area, walking distance to all the attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, clean pool and sauna, enjoyed relaxing there at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Good afternoon, we were on 2-4 March at Victoria. On the Sunday night all of my family were sick vomiting from 11 pm to 11 am. Room 417 Pascal Beaulne My sister room 416 were all sick at the same time! Including both rooms up to 2 adults and 5 kids…. Could we have a refund or a free stay for 2 rooms!
