“La struttura è bellissima: uno stupendo baglio nella campagna di Modica, recuperato e arredato con grande gusto. Camere grandi e confortevoli, silenzio assoluto. Ottima colazione. Il vero plus della struttura è la gestione attenta, amichevole e cordialissima del proprietario, sig. Francesco, che con tante piccole attenzioni si prodiga per far sì che gli ospiti possano trascorrere al meglio il proprio soggiorno.”

“Great place to spend some time and go for the cities nearby (Chiaramonte Gulfi, Ragusa, Modica) as well as for tastings at wineries (e.g. Gulfi). The breakfast offers various and excellent food, a lot of self-made/grown products (olive oil, focaccia, yoghurt). The pool is above the rooms and offers a beautiful view, in all directions. It is being cleaned every day and invites to relax. The rooms are very clean and modern. Natalia and Pavel are great hosts, helpful and friendly.”

“Accueil charmant en anglais. Grande chambre à l'étage donnant sur la cour. Piscine excentrée sympa. Possibilité de diner certains soirs. La propriétaire place les convives par affinités linguistiques ce qui permet des échanges intéressants. Petit bémol : Le ménage de la chambre est réalisé un jour sur deux. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. La mer est à dix kilomètres.”

“Another great hotel. Very beautiful in an old fort with interesting historic values. This is in the country side between Modica and Ispica close to Cava Ispica. Very romantic, clean and nice, wonderful court yard and restaurant. We came by car and a hard time finding the hotel, but there are signs leading to it from Modica. Great break fast with home made jams and cakes.”

“Nice base to explore Donnafugata, local beaches and southern Sicily more generally. Be aware that you may need to use local restaurants in the evening (five minute drive). Went here on honeymoon and would happily return.”

“Présentation loin du 4 étoiles annoncées. Nous sommes arrivé dans ce belle endroit, mais personne, comme si s'était un lieu abandonné... En regardant sur le mail de confirmation, je découvre en bas du mail qu'il faut appeler (numéro de téléphone erroné) ou se rendre a une autre adresse pour le check-in. Okay pourquoi pas... Le lieu est complètement ouvert jour et nuit sans aucune présence, sans accueil, et par la suite, les femmes de ménage nous on avoué qu'elles n'allaient seul dans ce...
