We got the lovely room with terrasse , very Nice and quiet area, good breakfast, kind personel. Warmly recommended ! Beach and restaurants in walking distance.

Great place to enjoy Marina de Ragusa
Location was amazing , you could walk everywhere. Very close to beach and many restaurants. The hotel was easy to find and the front desk person spoke English. They valet our car and it was was worth it ! It was very charming and breakfast had nice selection and fresh .

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff!
The hotel is in a rather downmarket street but close to the promenade, piazza and local restaurants. Our room (we got upgraded from Classic) was on the first floor which you reached by going through a courtyard - very pretty with lovely flowers, however, you do get wet when it rains! The room was spacious and very nice, the bathroom a little tired and old-fashioned. But the staff are all wonderful - friendly, helpful, smiley and forever ready to chat or answer questions. They really make the stay at this hotel very special!

Un vero Hotel de Charme ....
Se ci fossero state 6 stelle gliele avrei date tutte! L’albergo ricavato da una palazzina anni 20 con una ristrutturazione intelligente ed oculata ha per ogni stanza un tema siciliano diverso. Tutto molto curato e pulito. Colazione ottima servita in un giardinetto esterno ed in una apposita dependance! Posizione strategica a 2 passi dalla piazza principale di marina di ragusa! Un plauso anche al personale (tutte ragazze molto carine, gentili ed aggraziate) che ci hanno fatto sentire degli ospiti speciali.

What a pretty little place. Built in 1926. Breakfast building really nice. Wonderful dinner at Votavota on the promenade.

Hotel in ottima posizione vicino al centro e al mare, staff accogliente, cortese e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra. L'hotel è come un giardino segreto dalla moltitudine di piante aromatiche e fiori colorati presenti nel giardino interno. Colazione fantastica e gustosa. Camere eccellenti e pulite.

Con la mia compagna siamo stati a metà settembre per tre notti presso questa fantastica maison de charme nel cuore di Marina di Ragusa. Casa dei primi del '900 in stile moresco/liberty ristrutturata con gusto e sapienza dal proprietario/manager Carlomaria G. Nonostante lo stile a tratti volutamente minimal, si nota una grande attenzione alla cura per i dettagli e al rapporto con la clientela - anzi, con gli ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti ben accolti e coccolati dal momento dell'arrivo fino alla partenza. Una menzione speciale per il signor Carlomaria per la sua accoglienza, disponibilità e cultura, e per l'addetto alle colazioni (Biagio) - vera memoria storica del territorio/terroir ragusano. Se proprio si vuole cercare il pelo nell'uovo, qualcuno potrebbe obiettare che un palato internazionale potrebbe apprezzare affettati & uova per colazione, ma i prodotti del territorio proposti per il petit dej' (ad es. formaggi, miele e ricotta locali, frutta a KM 0, pasticceria locale) sono eccellenti! Insomma, ci siamo sentiti proprio a casa! Alla prossima A.

Old Moresque style hotel combining new with old.
The hotel is unique it combines the old style Moresque building with the new additions of contemporary features around the hotel, all in all great experience within walking distance to the central square and beach, would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the town. The staff were extremely helpful in carrying the suitcases up to our rooms as there is no lift. My only criticism would be to have a slightly broader selection for breakfast. Excellent retreat for couples.
Chose this hotel following a lot of research on review sites. Sought a quiet retreat with high levels of comfort and service and all of our expectations were rewarded with an excellent room, modern but in a character setting. Exceptional levels of service with committed staff that were eager to please clients. Certainly have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to discerning couples who seek a restful and calm environment.
