“Great place...just as advertised.. Would definitely stay there again. It was in the middle of everything which was nice. there are a few items that would make it even better.. I would suggest that you invest in a TV antenna (from Walmart or Amazon) so your guests can at least watch local channels. We're not movie people and if someone that's staying there doesn't have a netflix or hulu account, it doesn't do much good. Also, you might want to get some new cookware (the teflon coverage is flaking...

“The place was VERY clean and close to everything. Only negative remarks are no dishwasher and the laundry facilities are housekeeping use only even though it’s advertised in the listing. “The bungalows are a group of trailer homes that are so cute. Quiet and well kept with great access to KP Hole. It was so nice being able to have the whole family in one place with easy access to Rainbow Springs. Having the kayaks and passes available with the rental made it so easy for our group to paddle the river. The house is not spotless clean, but kind of felt like fancy glamping. “We love coming to the property to get a super quiet break from people & tune up our golf game. When we stay at the property, we golf the course all day for the 1 time fee of $22. “We booked planning for the family although only me, hubby and our toddler grandchild were able to go. There was plenty of space to accommodate the entire family. The outside had plenty of yard and a nice screened in porch overlooking the lake. The water fall feature was a nice addition for relaxation in the back yard. “The house was very clean. The lakeside views were beautiful. We took advantage of the fire pit while watching the alligators in the lake. It was the perfect getaway for some relaxation and only a short drive to Rainbow State Park for some more beautiful views, waterfalls and a dip in the springs.”
