Slitet hotell utan parkering
Rummet var ok men slitet. AC klart undermålig. Trevligt med pool på taket men tyvärr bara uppvärmd. Struligt med parkering då man fick stå på ett torg en bit bort. Gott om restauranger i närheten och nära till stranden (ca 100m)

Mycket trevlig personal och bra service. Hotellet ligger jättebra i förhållande till tågstationen, restauranger och strand. Ok frukost och fräscha rum. Rekommenderas!

Hotel cavour
Really bad hotel. Would not recommend this hotel. Very dark rooms, there was a lamp bulb that was missing and they fixed it, but it seems that all rooms are dark in general. Super tiny bathrooms, but the shower was quite big. After the first night I woke up with ants under my pillow so we asked for another room. When we got to the other room we immediately saw ants on the floor and on the desk. So we went down to the reception and he told us that they were fully booked. Also he told us "it has never ever happened before". Well, the rooms are so dark so if you don't look close there is no way you can tell. However, he then told us that they had one room left (hmm, wasn't it fully booked?). He told us to take a look at the room and if it was ok we could stay there. We went up to the room but it looked like all others rooms and we really just had a bad feeling of this hotel so we insisted to get our money back so we could get another hotel(this was at 5:00 pm). After like 15-20 minutes he agreed to give us the money back. We then spent a night at Hotel Europa Design instead. Worth the extra money for sure. And before that we spent 4 nights at Hotel Vesuvio, really nice.

Lyhört, perfekt läge, trevlig personal
Utgick från Rapallo för att åka på utflykter till Genua, Pisa och Florens (bil) samt Portofino (moped). Väldigt lyhört hotell. Som om grannen gick inne i vårt rum. Bor man nära hissen så låter den mycket också. Frukosten var Inte imponerande. Sockrig yoghurt, croissanter till höger och vänster, juice från koncentrat, deras kaffe americano smakade mer vatten än kaffe. De hade dock en fruktskål med god kiwi, äpplen och banan. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma bär vi behövde hjälp att ta oss till flyget! Ringde runt, googlade tågtider och bokade taxi. Och erbjöd sug även att ringa och väcka oss utan att vi bad om det, vilket kändes omtänksamt.

Hotel that is close to everything
The hotel is situated just a block from the marina and is right in the city center,just 2 min from the train station. The staff were friendly. Our room was clean every day and the breakfast was regular but totally fine. Don't miss the sun terrace with the jacuzzi.

Catastrophy
Hotels.com should consider to leave this hotel from the range of hotels. We became disappointed even before we entered the lobby. The receptionist in the hotel did not even look up from the booking book when he checked us in. The location of the hotel was also a disaster. Even if the breakfast was included we could not stand to stay that long. Though I think the cleaning lady did her best. Everything else was a catastrophe.

Hotellet ligger i en galleria!! Går inte att parkera. Litet supertrångt rum men ett stort och bra badrum. Aircond fungerade perfekt med tanke på att det var värmebölja. Frukosten som serverades var mycket bra med välkomnande personal.

Stop thinking and book this place!
I would recommend this hotel any day of the week, it's cheap, simple and geographically perfect. Stayed here for 2 days as I wanted to explore the coast down all the way to portofino and Rapallo itself is just a beauty and this hotel is placed in the center and just a 2 min walk from the train.

It was easy to find and although it was really central to everything it was quiet. The reception staff were polite and helpful. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and the bed was quite hard. We went for breakfast quite late but within the scheduled time and there was not much left. We had to ask the staff to refill some breakfast items. We still enjoyed our stay here however.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Perto da estação ferroviária e muito próximo à praia e calçadão que beira o mar. Boas opções (e muitas) de restaurantes e bares.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. Very close to restaurants as well as places if interest. Room was quiet and cozy.

Centralt beliggende, super service
Perfekt placeret hotel, midt i centrum og alligevel uden støjgener fra bylivet. 1 min. så står man midt i centrum og 5 min. er man ved vandet. Super god betjening i receptionen og i morgenmads restauranten. Hotellet er slidt, men værelserne fine og der er rent og pænt, intet mangler.

This hotel was loud! Our room was right over a cafe that went on after midnight. Trash truck woke us up at 4 am and the noise from the room above us went on for quite a while into the night. It is an old hotel and was frankly more roomy than a lot of hotels in Italy, but way too much noise to keep us up.
