“My family had a 7 night stay and it was awesome, everything we hoped for and more. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Chef Charles was fantastic, he cooking was out of this world. I wish I could bring him home with me. We couldn’t get the outdoor screen to work, and the house manger Manuel, tried but couldn’t fix. Hot water was hit or miss, but it was bearable. We would 150% book again. Mary”

“Gorgeous, just like the pictures! Location is fantastic, the uber stunning PuntaCana Golf and Beach Club with the Six Senses Spa is just on other side of driving range from home/pool! Would recommend getting golf cart to leverage quick exploration to all of the resorts and amenities within Puntacana (Playa Blanca; La Yola, The Westin, etc). Similar to other reviews, we did experience low water pressure and waning or no hot water in some, but not all, showers. The AC in the lower bedroom rocks!...

“Wonderful vacation for our extended family of nine. Beautiful house, perfect location and outstanding staff including Lorenzo, Juliana, Felix and Maria who were willing and always available to accommodate all of our wants and needs. One of the highlights of our trip was to visit the Ecological Center located nearby. Truly enjoyed the natural beauty along with swimming in the amazing crystal-clear ponds.”

“Overall stay was enjoyable. Rosa was delightful and the meals she provided were well done. There was a mix up communicating menu items. Requested desserts with meals and didn’t get any. Asked for bacon and sausage for one breakfast and received neither. The one item I believe needs improvement would be the golf cart. The cart really needs a windshield. This is your main mode of transportation in the resort and rain is likely to catch you driving. Without a windshield you get absolutely soaked....

“we went there for spring break with our daughter and several of her classmates. villa aguasanta is a modern luxury manor as pictured. we were thrilled entering and seeing the spectacular vistas. the staff kept the place immaculate so we could enjoy ourselves in punta cana. our host kept in touch with us. everything was accessible by golf cart. we look forward to our next visit.”

What we did not know, was that this property is situated in the middle of the early stages of development of this resort. “The staff was awesome but the house needs some updating. The view is amazing but the internet was not great and no stereo system at all anywhere. The chef was great and plenty of room for a large group. Also the hot tub got hot but no bubbles.”

“The house look like it did when listed. It was 3 minor problems upon arrival. The heat wasn’t working, the pool wasn’t clean, and the shower head in the master bedroom wasn’t working properly. The next day they fixed the air and cleaned the pool. They never fixed the shower head so using the water was a little difficult. But Chef Danny and the housekeeper did a great job.”
