“Broken and uneven furniture. The room's both doors were open when we got there and not cleaned. We had to notice the staff twice before everything was restored. At hotels.com the information said two seperate beds, but we got one big and a bed sofa.”

“Carpets in the room were filthy and the furniture and fittings were old and damaged (non-functional in some cases). WiFi did not work in room. Marketed on the app as a 4 star hotel, only a three star once you arrive, would not give it a two star rating if it were up to me. Staff are friendly and breakfast is pretty good, will avoid in future though.”
