“The beach and pool provided a delightful experience. The nightly live entertainment during dinner was fantastic. The rooms were clean and peaceful. However, the staff seemed unfriendly with constant frowns, which wasn't welcoming. Also, the food was excessively spicy, although breakfast was enjoyable. Dinner options were particularly spicy. Despite these drawbacks, overall, the excursions and transportation to the airport were excellent, making it a wonderful experience.”

“Staff is very friendly, it is clean, services are exellent, the only thing I did not like it is not so good condition under the water on the beach - a lot of grass, otherwise everything is excellent.”

Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! ”

“Very nice place. Even though it is very important to have staff members who speak different languages. I am totally bilingual but my partner is not, so it was difficult to communicate in many occasions. Need to find Spanish speakers in the staff. ”

“Good place, great food, they don’t tell you that certain liquor that’s top shelf you have to pay for which is misleading for an all inclusive. There were a few times that I did see roaches. Other than that it was a blast. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced, staff was extremely friendly and willing to get anything you want. ”
