We organised a late checkin and we were kept fully informed as to where the key wiuld be and which room we had been allocated. The room was very clean and well presented. Will definitely book again when we're in the area

Only stayed one night, but this property was exactly as advertised on the Expedia site. It was clean, easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful. The common kitchen was well equipped, clean and convenient. Close to grocery store, easy parking.

Really happy with our visit, we had 2 rooms and be very happy to visit again. One room we had the pillows were very firm and no complaint at all on the other. That’s not the end of the world, and don’t let this put you off.

Lovely stay here, the family room as nice and spacious and clean. We didn't have much interaction with staff as we arrived outside of hours, but their instructions were clear. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own food.

The Release
Overall Clean & tidy. A functional room for one night. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Could do with some Net Curtains for Privacy. As big Windows and can be seen from road.

We stayed for 1 night at The Lawns Guest House & it is a really lovely place to stay. The parking right outside meant it was very convenient & it was easy to find. The room was lovely & very comfortable & clean but just a little dirty inside the bedside drawers. Would definitely stay there again.

good big rooms ,good idea with the kitchens ,staff friendly and parking great ..but we did not find the bed gave much support at all.. mattress needs changing .if you are a light sleeper ask for a back room as the road in front is very busy and woke me up both mornings at 6.30ish.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. However beware of the high step from the landing into the room; the sign was a little higher than my eye level and I fell coming in with my bag.

Short stay between travels
Check-in/check-out effortless. Apartment just what we needed although sofa was a little bit too low for us (probably an age thing!). The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working but I have yet to report that to them.

Nice stay
The room was a nice size and the facilities good. The check in was easy and welcoming. We had room to park and a short walk into town which had lots to offer. There was no breakfast option but plenty of cafes in town. The only downside was the bed was a little uncomfortable as it was a double but we are used to our king size at home.

Great Guest House
Visited the area for the evening. Guest House contacted me in advance to check arrival time and were prepared to accommodate for a late check in if necessary. All facilities in the room were satisfactory. Complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. I had a family room, generous in size and split into 2 rooms so twin beds in one and double bed with bathroom in the other. Gave us privacy except for if someone in the twin room needed the bathroom. No lock on the bathroom door which was a bit odd. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very good and clean. Easy to find and plenty of parking. My only issue was the fact the family room is on the top floor and both windows were low down. Bit of a safety issue if you have young children coupled with the fact neither of the windows locks worked.

lovely and easy stay. couldn't figure out the TV. Few stains on the ceiling I wanted to mention just in case there is a plumbing leak and the management isn't aware. Would have liked a clean towels for a week stay but I could have asked and they probably would have provided. Overall very comfortable.

This is beautiful accommodation. There is ample off road parking. The room was immaculate, and very comfortable. It’s a short walk to the town centre.

We liked the informal set up. Also the use of the communal kitchen is very useful for Breakfast and casual eating. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Just OK
Only stayed for one night en route to elsewhere, so needed something functional rather than resplendent. Accommodation was just alright. Decent size lounge area with TV, good wi-fi and private kitchen facilities, but let down by a small bedroom and uncomfortable bed.

Great accomodation at a good price
Booked a twin and was upgraded to a double en suite room each. Large, clean well equipped room along with toiletries, tea, coffee and bottled water. Well equipped communal kitchen and ample off road parking. Would certainly stay here again.
