Mycket centralt och bra läge
Ett riktigt bra hotell med ett perfekt läge i Reykjavik. Rent och snyggt. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Dock var de bilder Hotels.com använder som beskrivning av rummen helt missvisande. Valde ett rum utifrån beskrivning och bilder där vi trodde familjen skulle kunna umgås. Visade sig inte stämma alls. I delux-rummet finns ingen soffa och inte de utrymmen bilderna visar. Hotellets personal kompenserade oss dock med en flaska bubbel o gjorde sitt bästa för att kompensera.

Kanonläge! Vacker byggnad, granne med i princip allt av det bästa som Reykjavik har att erbjuda. Vill du uppleva mer sv Island ligger busshållplats nr 3 precis runt hörnet och tar dig till mängder av upplevelser och äventyr. Fantastisk personal på plats hela dygnet. Rekommenderas varmt!

Bra hotell, värdelös parkering
Hotell i sig var bra, maten var bra, rummet var bra. Fick dock leta parkering i Reykjavik i nästan 2h trots att det stod att det fanns parkering på hotellet mot avgift.

Prisläget i Island är nog världens högsta, vilket förtar en stor del av glädjen av vistelsen. De globala hamburgerkedjorna har lämnat Island, och hos de inhemska kedjorna kostar en meny över 200 SEK. Barnfamiljer borde snarast varnas för att turista på ön, vi såg mest amerikanska stopover-gäster 50+.

Great hotel for a couples weekend !
Great hotel in great shape, with great service in super location. Rooms with very nice interior design. Warmly recommended! (Minor might be that we expected slightly more from the Spa, but not a biggie! And that there should be a modern steam iron in the room rather than the old heat-only-version - impossible get your shirt look good :)

Underbart hotell med perfekt läge och utgångspunkt för Reykjavik. Fantastisk service i receptionen! Kommer bo här igen om vi återvänder

Best place in town
Booked this hotel for a corporate event. Several rooms over several nights. Long story short, everything was perfect - from the exceptionally friendly and well informed staff to the amazing food. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is excellent. This is the place to stay, when visiting Iceland.

Hotel Borg was our final hotel destination after staying at 4 other properties throughout Iceland. We enjoyed all for different reasons, but HB was definitely the crowned jewel. Understated elegance and old world charm. The renovations have been tastefully done to maintain the connections to the past and preserve the architectural motif. Highly recommend a stay here. The rooms are spacious and accommodating with a feeling of staying in a family vacation home. Location is also outstanding!

This hotel is conveniently located on a square right next to shopping, restaurants And a couple of bus stops for excursions. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, beds comfortable. Highly recommend!

I love the ambience of this hotel, the oldest in the city. It has a very Art Deco appeal which I love. The cocktails at the bar were yummy and the young man who creates these concoctions is enthusiastic and studied in his art. The front desk workers were cordial and very helpful. I loved my room, comfortable and cozy. Finally, I had a massage at the spa and it was perfect. I will return.

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme und komfortable Nacht im Hotel Borg. Die Lage ist ideal wenn man fussläufig Reykjavík erkunden möchte. Kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls in fussläufiger Entfernung. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns ebenfalls zufrieden gestellt. Wir würden es definitiv empfehlen und auch wieder kommen.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel is close to everything, from the town to the bus stops. Great breakfast in the morning. I used the gym, equipment worked and was clean. The spa was small but it had what I needed-hot tub. Steam and sauna. The room was amazing. Beautiful art deco decor and the shower was spacious. I highly recommend

This hotel is in a great location to get around to the bus stop for excursions and also to just walk around downtown in. The room was clean and super comfortable ! The staff was so nice as well. The only thing that I would make a comment about is how expensive the buffet breakfast is, so I would recommend eating elsewhere! But otherwise this was a great hotel and I recommend staying here! I will be staying here again if I visit again

Great hotel. Centrally located in Reykjavík. Rooms were fine and clean. Minimal towels but not a huge issue. You need to request cleaning as this will not be done daily. Drinks are pricey but worth it. Breakfast was nice. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Borg

Outstanding Service & Location in top notch hotel
Perfect location within walking distance to nearly everything In Reykjavik. The staff were more than helpful before and during our stay, lining us up with the best transportation to and from the airport and good ideas for our too short stay in their charming city.
