Helt ok
Incheckningen gick lätt och smidigt. Rummet hade fin och modern inredning. Renligheten var mycket god. Mindre bra var att det var mycket störningar på TV apparaten och det var svårt att följa med på sändningarna, Något annat negativt är att man får betala en hög tilläggsavgift för frukosten

Trevligt med bra läge
Riktigt trevlig hotell ,bra läge . Det enda som var mindre bra var restaurangen, där personalen inte verkade veta ngt om glutenintolerans. Däremot fanns det faktiskt glutenfri bröd till frukost ,men inget separat smör, vilket också visar okunskap .

Never again.
Didn't get housekeeping one of the days and when I told the receptionist the answer was "ok". Had a really early flight and booked transfer with the reception. Due to culture festival they closed the bus stop where we were supposed to get picked up. The guy in reception didn't inform us about this. The same morning at 4am, I myself had to ask him just to dubble check and he told us to go to antoher bus stop. Very unengaged staff and this hotel lives on their location.

Trevligt hotellmes restaurang i centrum. Nära till allt och ändå tyst, dock hade jag rum mot bakgården.

Centralt beläget, trivsamt. Hade ett mycket stort och fint rum för funktionshindrade på entre´plan. Några små påpekande: långskaftat skohorn, flera handdukskrokar i badrummet samt en pall i duschen. Personalen i receptionen var måttligt intresserade av hjälpa till.

Lysande läge, klockrent bara att checka in!
Riktigt bra Hotel som ligger perfekt mitt i stan med gång avstånd till allt. Inte det billigaste men nog normalt prissatt

Bra läge
Helt och rent, bra service och trevlig personal. Frukosten var bra och god, men personalen var inte så uppmärksam, de var mest upptagna av att prata m varandra.Väldigt bra läge!

We enjoyed our stay at Centrum. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and it s short walk to the harbor. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast offered a lot of variety. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this reasonably-priced hotel for your travels.

Beautiful little hotel in the middle of it all. Easily walkable to rainbow street, the food hall, the harbor and other popular places downtown. Parking in the garage near city hall is confusing, but not a responsibility of the hotel. Great staff who was accessible whenever I had questions.

Really glad we found this hotel for our 4day trip exploring Iceland, the hotel was very clean, quiet and welcoming, the location was brilliant to explore Reykjavik with the bus stop for excursions pick-up/drop-off only a 2minute walk from the hotel, would definitely stay here again

Centrum means center and that's what this hotel is. You are .6 miles (1 km) from everything, shops, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. The bathroom did have a little bit of a musty smell, but it wasn't too bad. The heated floors were great. Garbage pick-up is on Mondays so the trucks outside can be a little noisy.

The staff are unbelievably helpful and welcoming. Everyone we encountered from the cleaning staff, front desk, bar and breakfast were outstanding, friendly and personable. The rooms are a great size, decent shower. The location couldn't be better for exploring Reykjavik.

Our room was quite small but that was fine. We had everything we needed. No extra charges for safe. Comfy and very quiet which was great as it is so central. We slept so well. Breakfast was excellent. Thanks for a very good stay

The hotel is classic, well-decorated. The room is clean, tidy and spacious. The location is excellent, easy reach the famous spots and shopping. The bathroom's size is OK but the shower area is too tiny, i am 5'8 and not huge, but i found it difficult to turn around in the shower area. I think the no. of sockets is not enough.

Great place to stay at if you’re planning on visiting Iceland and want to stay in Reykjavik! This hotel is super nice because it’s traditional but modern at the same time. The location is great, close/walkable to main places in town (e.g just less than 10 min walk to the Rainbow Street). You have plenty of supermarkets (which are open from very early until late at night) as well as many options for restaurants, bars etc. it’s also just a 2 min walk from Bus Stop #1 which is where you would stop to/from the airport as well as all excursions/tours you book (bus stop #1 is one of the main pick up points). Staff in this property is super nice and helpful, it was my mum’s bday and I asked them if it was possible to leave something in the room for when we arrive and they left a sweets platter with a nice happy bday message :) The room was nice, clean, bright and modern with enough space for everything. Beds super comfy too. Would definitely comeback if visiting Reykjavik again! :)

The hotel is spotless, the location is a 2 min walk to bus stop #1, is walkable to the harbor and all city attractions are within a 15 min walk. The staff at the front desk is AMAZING - they are knowledgable, welcoming, helpful and wonderful. The beds are super comfy, the rooms could use a couple more hooks for towels and robes.
