“This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers. The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk...

“This property capped off a perfect trip to Italy! The location couldn't have been better and the apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was clean, working, and we thoroughly took advantage of the terrace by sitting out as much as possible during our short stay. Cristina, the property manager, was great with communications, very helpful, and made sure we had all of the information we needed - and more! (Thank you for the restaurant suggestions!) I hope that we get to visit Monterosso...

“Très belle villa bien entretenue, propriétaires soucieux de l'accueil, sont venus tous les matins pour nettoyer le jardin et prendre les poubelles. Point négatif de principe le chichi à la fin du séjour de retenir 10€ sur la caution pour le café que nous avions bu... Sinon les chambres sont bien, les lits simples sont en enfilade des chambres à lit double. Le jardin est top, et la piscine très agréable. Je recommande le séjour et j'ai trouvé le prix de la location honnête”

“Tolles Haus! Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt oben 2 Schlafzimmer und unten eins. Auf jeden Stockwerk ist ein Badezimmer. Gerade wenn man mit größeren Kindern reist, ist es toll, dass Eltern und Kinder ein eigenes Bad haben :-). Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Ort, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants gibt. Der Kontakt mit Barbara war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!...

“This beautiful villa with it's amazing garden and surroundings was perfect for us, a family of four. Everything exceeded our high expectations and the host, Luigi, was so kind and helpful. For us, travelling by car, the free parking was very valuable. Everything you could possible ask for was available in the house and waking up to the stunning view and having breakfast outside was just perfect! “Wir kamen ein wenig früher an und haben Demy angerufen. Sie war da und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus war besser als auf der HomePage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kein unangenehmer Geruch im Haus, alles sehr sauber! Das einzige Manko, es gibt einige Hunde die am bellen sind.”

The landscaping, replete with natural beauty, is comfortable and inviting- flowers, herb and vegetable gardens, grape vines, and ponds with fish and frogs. Don't forget to bring a swimsuit because the pool saved us all on HOT July days and nights. The village is very small and intimate, atop narrow, winding, country...

“Wir waren mit insgesamt 15 Freunden in der Villa, um dort einen Bade- und Entspannungsurlaub mit einigen Tagesausflügen zu verbringen. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verliefen reibungslos. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir, als wir bemerkten, dass der Pool nicht im Boden ist, sondern ein Standpool ist. Das war auf den Fotos nur sehr zu schwer erkennen. Zwischen Pool und Haus gab es einen Pavillon, in dem man als ganze Gruppe sehr gut sitzen und gemeinsam essen konnte. Die...

“We had an amazing time at the Villa Tanca. We appreciated Alina meeting us at the base of the stairs and showing us around this beautiful villa. The villa was perfect for our family (4 couples) with spacious bedrooms and living areas and the beautiful patio overlooking the sea. The proximity to town and the Cinque Terre trails was perfect. There is so much to do right there. We really appreciated the wonderful welcome basket with plenty of fresh fruit, pasta, local specialties and the Prosecco!...

“Great place to stay but getting there is quite difficult. We were told in advance and so we were aware. Best not to have much luggage as it is 240 down to get to the place. Of course 480 steps every time you leave/return. Would have been nice to have coffee in the apartment. We could not figure out the heating system as it is a pellet type furnace. Great view and total privacy.”

“Mycket smidig process att hyra. Tillmötesgående och trevlig ägare. Läget är otroligt fint. Passar framför allt om man vill koppla av, åka och vandra i bergen eller bara njuta av landsbygd och små byar. Pool, verandan och jacuzzi är lätta att uppskatta. Gästhuset lite smått, passar bra till 2 eftersom alla sover i samma rum där. Större huset lämpligt för 4. Bekvämt och välskött. Bonus om man gillar kyrkklockor.”
