I complained about the vehicles playing loud music and nothing was done . I paid cash and returned the key card but I was so disgusted I did not ask for a refund . I went to a Best Motel in Chester off Rt. 10 and paid twice the amount to get a good night sleep. Bath shower floor was black with grime. Will never stay there again. Money lost was just a good experience of what not to do ever again.

Hotel has a big infestation of roaches. Cigarette burns holes in all the comforters. Smoke detectors are non existant. We had to be swiched to two different rooms becaude of all of the bugs. Staff doesn’t acknowledge anything and automatically refuses a refund.

The staff was all friendly! The new Renovations done to the rooms are amazing! I've noticed a huge change on the property from last year to now. I stayed there a couple nights last year and recently just stayed there and I noticed a huge change from now till then! 👍

My big issue with this place is that the heater in the room did nothing and the sheets were really thin. I get this place is cheap and you get what you paid for, but normally the heater works. I'm glad I had a blanket.

When we got to our room it was dirty, a cake of used soap was still in the tub. The water in the tub was leaking and would not turn off. It was leaking just enough to make an awful noise. When I went to take a shower the hot water would not turn on. So I didn’t get to shower unless I wanted a cold shower. So no hot water in the shower! I slept on top of the covers. Do not stay here it is awful.

Iwhen I first got here they going tell me the room I boooked wasn’t available I had a room with a king bed then they switch me out cause i ask for smoking. I told them it was fine I stick with the king but still switch me up. Then when I get to my room the tv doesn’t work I call them and ask is there any connection to the tv they say they was going fix it I had to keep calling back for someone take a look after a hour went by I call again then they say everybody tv doesn’t work but I ask some people that stay there it does work they put me in room that was half way finish, and they just didn’t want to deal with the situation, I told them they can give me the room I requested if it was so much of hassle to fix a television, roaches coming from crack of the walls and had to wait 15 mins for the water get hot.

The room was in need of repair or condemning. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling as well as space between the shower walls and ceiling showing wires in the shower. Holes half patched in the wall and ceiling as well as peeling paint.

If you want best value in the area.This is a basic hotel and safest for the price.If you're a Karen not for you. The other hotels for this price are located in blanford area of Petersburg you won't be happy in Petersburg.

Room was dated bed was old, not comfortable and dipped in the middle. Bathroom was clean and had hot water. Just stayed one night while driving through. I wouldn’t stay again didn’t feel like the safest place to be.

I wouldn’t stay here if you are a person who has a job and needs to be up the next morning. Noisy atmosphere, just a typical road side motel. The bed was comfortable and it’s what was needed for a just a few hours. Basic room, condition was so so. And I noticed a roach in the corner of the ceiling when I was getting ready in the morning, which prompted me to shake out my little belongings I had.

I like the location. I didn't like that roaches from the room got in my bags and my food. I didn't realize it until driving to work and roaches from room was in my car on the dashboard and windshield and coming out my shoes. I missed work because of this.

I made a reservation, requested second floor rear. That's what I got. We were happy with that, was quiet other guests were friendly as hello type stuff. Was a nice two days. Will go back to there again. Thanks for our stay. Well Worth our cost far as I'm concerned.

Being one of the only available hotels I had no choice but to stay here for a night and it was terrible. The room was dirty and there was a hole in the ceiling about the shower, dirty sheets, along with cockroaches.

It had roaches everywhere crawling on the wall, shower was clogged, sheets dirty, and we picked a non smoking room and it still smelled like cigarettes !
