Lugar encantador
Estuvimos genial, a la casa le faltan algunas cosas, al ser una casa para 14 personas no hay dentro sillas suficientes y hace falta una mesa mas grande, un calentador de agua mas grande, y algunas cosas en la cocina, y al ser una casa antigua hace falta mas calefacción. En verano tiene que ser una maravilla.

Thanks for your feedback Lourdes. We will be getting some more chairs so that there is enough. Normally people use some of the chairs from outside when there is a big group but it's good feedback. We will also buy some more heaters so there are enough per room.

Absolutely great, highly recommend.
Beautiful villa with lovely sunsets every night. The lovely swimming pool was still warm in October and the pool area is very spacious and private. The house is well equipped and was comfortable for our large group. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway in the country in a beautiful location.

Super mooie villa
Wij zijn begin september naar deze super mooie villa geweest op een prachtige berg. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad is super. Wij hebben 2 hele fijne weken gehad op deze unieke plek. Zondsondergang iedere avond anders en de rust is er heerlijk. Als enige aanvulling vonden wij de eettafel stoelen niet echt comfortabel om gezellig te eten. Stoelen buiten bij het zwembad waren heerlijk, we mistte wel wat lekkere stoelen om te relaxen. Verder een top verblijf. De weg ernaartoe is erg hobbelig wat maakt dat je echt een goede auto moet hebben om er te komen. Voor ons was het af en toe jammer dat we overal zo ver vandaan zaten.

Perfect week of relaxation
My wife and I have had an excellent week. The property is in a perfect location with amazing views and is very comfortable. This is the third time staying here and I can not rate it highly enough. The owner was very helpful and generous- all the way through the booking process and during the stay, nothing was too much trouble.

A beautiful, peaceful location.
We stayed at the villa in August 2023 for 2 weeks. There were two families staying- we had a fantastic time. The pool is amazing and the sunset is breathtaking. The villa is a good size and was big enough to accommodate 9 of us. The owner is always on hand when needed and responded to messages very quickly. We went during a very hot summer and it was uncomfortable at times in the villa, even though Tim brought another fan for us during our stay- more fans were needed. We did find the villa hard to find and the dirt track to the villa is very narrow and bumpy. We would have liked more instructions on how to work the pizza oven and possibly wood provided for this would have been appreciated. We visited Bar Carmen which is a 10 min walk and it was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing! We enjoyed the mountain walks which are at the start of the villa. The local town of Blanca was beautiful and we enjoyed many days/evenings there, swimming in the river. Blanca has everything that you need. Overall we had a fantastic time and would recommend the villa to people who are wanting a peaceful holiday in a very remote area with a fantastic pool.

Vacances juillet 2023
Maison avec un emplacement au calme, isolée avec une piscine superbement bien entretenue. Maison suffisante pour 11 en couchage. Manquerait un lave vaisselle et un peu plus de celle-ci pour être plus à l'aise sur les repas. De même pour quelques serviettes de bains à rajouter. Pas de climatisation mais on arrive à faire outre malgré la chaleur. Gros bémol sur le chemin d'accès ou une des deux voitures touchait à chaque fois sous dessous. Pour les besoins, Carlos qui est sur place à répondu largement à nos demande. Je recommande fortement cette location. Merci

Muy recomendable.
Una maravillosa casa con increíbles vistas. Todos los días se podían ver unos atardeceres preciosos. Con una magnífica piscina. Tanto la entrada como la salida fue muy simple, y la comunicación con el propietario estupenda. No hay cobertura en todos los puntos de la casa, pero en la terraza y piscina funciona bastante bien. Muy recomendable para ir con un gran grupo de amigos.

Great place to stay for 2 families with kids
We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. The views and sun sets are simply breath taking and we must have taken over a hundred photos! Direct from the house there are some lovely country mountain walks and great cycling around the windy roads. We did trip to bar del Carmen for a local Spanish experience which is a 10 minute stroll down the track. They don't speak much English but we're very friendly. About 35 minutes away is a fun water park and a decent golf course. The house had everything a family needs for a peaceful and relaxing stay away from it all. The pizza oven is great fun and there are two bbqs which we used most days. The owner told us he had recently refurbished the property and installed a brand new kitchen which certainly looked new. The bedrooms are simple and clean and the temperature inside the house is cool, even when we had 33 degrees outside. We spent most of the time in the swimming pool and bar area which everyone enjoyed. Have already re booked as we didn't want to leave. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic Location
What a fabulous location and villa! We had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is spacious with a large living area and comfortable bedrooms but the outside space is great. The views, particularly during sunset, from the terrace are spectacular. The villa is at the start of a great hiking route with even more views to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Remote neglected villa
This villa could be wonderful but has got run down. A little bit of time and money needs to be spent on it and it could be gorgeous. The views are spectacular.

Hi Victoria, we appreciate your feedback and have now acted on it (it took some time to find the people) and have fitted a brand new kitchen. The photos are now up on the site. My family and I have also been over and now totally repainted the house and bought a new large sofa bed and chairs. Hopefully this has improved the property which you might be able to get a sense from the pictures. Thanks, Tim

Es amplia, tiene suficientes habitaciones pero no es apropiada para invierno, pequeño el termo de agua caliente y pocos radiadores para calentar toda la casa

Great holiday
Stayed for the whole of October with various friends and family at different times. Weather was great but pool a bit chilly for us women although we did venture in a few times. Men and kids were in all the time. Lovely rural location with hiking trails on the doorstep. Tim was brilliant as one fridge packed up and within 2 days a new one was delivered and installed by Carlo (pool man). Overall a brilliant month with quality time together for everyone. Thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful family holiday.

See the views and say WOW.
The location is very quiet, peaceful and the views are stunning. Walk out of the door onto tracks to take you directly up into the mountains. The farmhouse is basic but adequate and to be honest in the summer you will really be outside on the patio or by the excellent pool.

Prima huis met zwembad op ontzettende rustige plek
Op loopafstand zat 1 restaurant maar die ging de meesten dagen om 15 uur dicht. De woensdag gesloten. Voor andere restaurants en boodschappen moet je naar Blanca. Dit is een half uur rijden. Het pad naar het huis is een beetje hobbelig en stijl. Je moet een goede auto hebben. Helaas was er geen parasol op het dakterras. Dan kun je het grootste gedeelte van de dag er niet zitten. Zwembad prima. Geen Wi-Fi en heel slecht bereik. Voor rustzoekers en wandelaars prachtig.

Meer heb je niet nodig!
Het huis is ruim en staat op een fantastische plek met uitzicht over het dal. Het is er stil en alle benodigde comfort is aanwezig. Breng een goed boek mee, maak ‘s ochtends een ochtendwandeling door het bos, zwem een baantje en rust uit bij de bbq op het terras met een lekker flesje wijn.

Wow, stunning location!!
This house is in an awesome location and is a stunning place. I wish it were mine. The owner (Tim) seems really great and was good at communication. The property is a bit rough around the edges when it comes to kitchen fit-out and furniture but it is also really affordably priced. Tim is aware of this and I think he is planning some updates. View is amazing, pool is brilliant. We had a great time.

Fantastic location with amazing views
Away from it all, the views from the balcony and terrace are truly stunning. The property is rustic and charming with lots of space and good facilities. We loved exploring the surrounding area on foot and by car and the surrounding countryside and villages are lovely. Tim's communication was first class, sorting out some issues we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Prachtige heel rustige plek en groot huis op winderige plek
Huis is gezellig, prachtig uitzicht. Afgelegen maar toch met wat dorpjes in de buurt. We waren er in januari, wisselend weer met soms aan het zwembad in de zon dan weer met fleece aan in koude wind. In de avond moet de kachel aan en het is een tochtig huis.....Contact met verhuurder heel prettig, hij kondigt aan extra verwarming te kopen. In de zomer is een koel windje op die plek wel een plus natuurlijk...

Chouette séjour
Endroit magnifique, complètement dépaysé. La villa est bien équipée on s'y sent vraiment en vacances, juste dommage qu'à notre arrivée il y ai eu quelques petits couac comme le parasol cassé, des tuyaux de douche ect... mais le proprio a été super, malgré la distance il a fauten sorte de réglé cela et nous avons été gâté. Certe c'est dans les montagnes et il faut faire attention avec les autos pour monter à la villa mais c'est tout à fait possible. Un grand merci, c'était un top séjour pour nous !

Una estancia maravillosa
En general la casa rural es un 10 asegurado, el personal muy atento, una tranquilidad asegurada y unas vistas espectaculares, una pena que las dos hamacas no estuvieran. Además, hay bastantes bichos por fuera de la casa pero es lo normal en una casa de campo y algunas de las luces y chorros de la piscina no funcionan. Pero sin duda volvería a repetir porque en comparación con todo lo bueno, merece mucho la pena ir.

Buen sitio, buena casa, nula comunicación con el propietario
La estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria, pero la entrada fue compleja ya que la ubicación de la aplicación y la que facilitó el propietario eran diferentes, además llamar al propietario fue una desidia ya que no entendía español, .me facilito el número de un amigo español que no me cogió el teléfono... Por el resto, todo bien

Tranquilidad
Una piscina estupenda, zona muy tranquila y grandes vistas. El camino de acceso de piedras es un horror, rozamos los bajos de los coches unas 4 veces. El horno eléctrico, lo abrimos y cerramos rápido porque suponemos por el olor que había todavía restos de alguna comida anterior. La barbacoa, mejor si la quitan del anuncio porque está oxidada y en unas condiciones bastante malas. No teníamos toallas para ducharnos suficientes y solo éramos 4 personas. Muchos platos o vasos tenían algo roto. En fin, repetiría porque es un lugar estupendo para relajarte y disfrutar con amigos, pero considero que hay que mejorar algunas cosas.

Increíble se queda corto
El alojamiento es de unas características excepcionales, la casa está muy bien cuidada y limpia, se agrade lo bien equipada que la dejaron (productos de limpieza, productos de higiene, juegos de mesa...), la ubicación es ideal para relajarte y desconectar, hay muchas rutas de senderismo por la zona.

Lleva Un Jeep
El alojamiento era muy sencillo muy básico, desde colchones deformados, hormigueros en el comedor y teles sujetas por libros xq no había estantería. La limpieza bien si no fuera x las toallas con manchas amarillas, tapones de los oídos flotando en la piscina y una ducha medio arreglada con cinta aislante, el comedor y la cocina eran bastante cómodas, con 2 barbacoas portátiles de buen tamaño y horno de leña. La piscina NO es climatizada, no hay una valla para delimitar la casa, cualquiera puede entrar y salir de la parcela a cualquier hora, hay material de limpieza y para la lavadora. Juegos de mesa en inglés y pelis en inglés. Para acceder el camino de tierra y baches mejor llevar coche alto. Lleva todo lo q necesites para comer y beber porque no hay nada cerca para comprar allí.

Spectacular View
The house is very nice, is a rural house in the middle of the mountains. The entrance to the house is difficult but possible, because is unpaved road. Tim has been caring about everything was fine.

Many thanks for your comments Auroro. Last month they had terrible flooding in the area and the road was damaged but it is being repaired this week so this will be much improved.

buitengewoon prettig verblijf
bevindt zich op een ontzettende gave locatie. Je kunt er het gehele jaar genieten, in de zomer om puur te luieren genieten van de zon en lekker af te koelen in het zwembad. In de andere periodes kan je er heerlijk wandelen.

It is the end of season and the property is a little tired, needs repainting. The approach path is not good (maybe due to the recent gota fria). The pool has beautiful view over the valley. We lost water for a day (often happens in Spain) and Tim was very concerned about this and did everthing he could do to help us.

Uitmuntende woning, fijne vakantiestek.
Wij hebben van de oorspronkelijke 3 weken slechts 8 dagen kunnen genieten van deze, van alle gemakken voorziene, woning op een prima lokatie. De reden, het noodweer dat in deze periode Oost Spanje teisterde. We hebben de woning van Tim als zeer goed ervaren, voorzien van alle wensbare voorzieningen. Het zwembad was perfect. Jammer dat wij onze vakantie moesten opgeven door het uitroepen van de noodtoestand in het gebied na overvloedige regenval. De bereikbaarheid van de omgeving was onmogelijk geworden door de schade aan de infrastructuur in het gebied. Hopelijk kunnen we in de toekomst nogmaals gebruik maken van deze locatie. Tim, nog bedankt voor alle begrip en verleende services.

If you want peace, quiet and the only noise of an unspoilt countryside then this is it.
Getting there is fine, talk to the owner before to check the detail. Tim, is very helpful. The track to the farm house is rough but this is a mountain farm house and with care absolutely fine. Patio and pool - stunning. Pizza oven is brilliant. We went to Carrefour in Mercia for food other supermarkets are around. We would go back, no hesitation.

Quiet getaway, with views and private pool
The whole process was very smooth. Tim was very helpful with any queries. The views are amazing and it is in such a peaceful area. The pool and terrace are secluded and the house is spacious. We would highly recommend and will probably be visiting again soon.

Relaxing, remote, amazing view, great pool!
My friends and I had an excellent time at Tim's villa. The view from the patio is amazing, we spent pretty much all of our time out there, BBQing and swimming in the heated pool. We didn't have any kids with us, but there were plenty of toys around, and as adults we still enjoyed the pool floaties and the great selection of board games! The place had everything we needed for a few days of relaxation, even a juicer! There was plenty of space for a large group (there were 12 of us), and it was spectacular to be so remote, yet so easily accessible. I would highly recommend!

Villa is absolutely amazing, the location is breathtaking, so peaceful, (until we turned up) brilliant views. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, great storage . Was worried that April would be too cold but heated pool meant we could still spend lots of time in the pool, had to drag the kids out or they would've stayed in until midnight. Some really good games in the house so was brilliant for us all, had an amazing time. Great communication with Tim, can not wait to go back, thank you
