“This was a wonderful week in Punta Mita! The Condo was amazing, just as pictured. Susana made the most delicious breakfasts. She always had fresh salsa and guacamole and fresh made margaritas for us after coming back from the different beach clubs. We will come back again.”

“The place is perfect for a family reunion or vacation with four couples like we did. Jovita was a great cook and took really good care of us. Having two six seater golf carts allowed our group flexibility to split up. We got to explore the various beach clubs. Also this place has great location as it’s 150 yards to the back gate of Punta De Mita.”

“This is a lovely property with an opening glass wall on the entire marina side of the building. Host was helpful and gracious. Beach really was a short walk on pedestrian boardwalk. Beautiful wide beach is uncrowded and provides 3mi walk out and back. Several restaurants along marina boardwalk and a convenient water taxi to access other parts of marina. Overall a relaxing place to stay and enjoy.”

“Had both units for our family, plenty of room. Didn’t realize it’s a second unit and not a 2br. Estancia is nice, quiet pool, but plenty of activity next door at Villa Palmar. Food is mediocre, tequila selection lacking, but plenty of great options in Bucerias, short taxi or walk. La Comer, nice grocery and easy to get to and stock the kitchen. Rented bikes next door to property and went on a long ride, good bike & running path, about 4 miles.”

“Just an awesome place to stay! This 4 bedroom condo was as describe and just wonderfully laid out. It is on a huge and wonderful resort in Punta Mita. Communication with the owner was very efficient and quick. It could not of been nicer. Well it was cloudy one day. Highly recommend this gorgeous place. Kevin B.”

“What a magnificent location for a property! Part of the beach where they clear the rocks is amazing. The place felt totally empty. Very spacious. Excellent service. Food was overly expensive but very tasty. My favorite part was that the pools were warm so I actually wanted to stay in. Overall excellent stay. ”
