L'hotel è situato in una villa con piccolo giardino (che però non abbiamo utilizzato), la stanza è comoda e tutto è pulito. Se siete con la macchina occorre mettersi d'accordo con la proprietaria e i figli per eventuali orari d'uscita per l'uso del parcheggio: magari meglio chiamare prima.

Shocking hotel
Hotel was appalling, dirty rooms with mould all across ceiling in room and in bathroom. No basic amenities in room or available at all (kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. On day 2 I asked for some more towels as I’d just used the 2nd one that morning to be told no and that I was already given 2. I explained that I was given 2 however 1 has already been taken and I have 3 more days left with 1 towel to which I got no reply and she just walked off. So I had to make do with 1 towel to last 3 days. The shower head holder was also broken and when the shower head was in the holder it would drop and water would go onto the floor (which I made staff aware off). After each shower I would try to dry the floor with the floor mat however with me not having any spare towels I wasn’t able to dry properly. On the 3rd day the owner then decided to pull me on the fact that the floor was getting wet (even though I’d told them about this) which ended up in a bit of an argument. The hotel just isn’t up to standards and the staff are useless and no help whatsoever. I understand it’s not an expensive hotel but honestly just pay a bit extra and stay at a better hotel where you have a cleaner room, better facilities and are treat appropriately. On the plus side if you are stopping here there’s a really nice cafe just on the corner.

Nice friendly staff and clean property with beautiful garden.Single room is large and cleaned everyday, private bathroom is large and cleaned everyday. Property is next to metro station and buses in 3 minutes.

gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und tolle zentrale
Ein sehr netter Familienbetrieb. Man wird herzlich empfangen und sieht darüber hinweg, dass es nicht 100 % sauber ist. Das Frühstück ist etwas mager aber eben typisch römisch.

3박을 했는데 한 번도 수건을 교체해주지 않는다 물을 주지 않는다 엘리베이터가 없다 방까지 들어가려면 새 개의 키가 필요하다 일찍 나간다고 커피만이라도 마실 수 없냐고 했는데 거절했다 화장실이 방 밖에 있고 열쇠로 열어야한다

Nettes kleines Familienhotel dir. am P. Re di Roma
Ein wirklich nettes kleines Familienhotel, das in Fußdistanz zum Piazza Re di Roma (Metrolinie A) liegt. Die Betreiber sind äußerst herzlich und man fühlt sich, als würde man bei jemanden im Gästezimmer wohnen. Das Hotel wird offensichtlich mit viel Liebe betrieben. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr gemütlich und absolut sauber. Das Badezimmer liegt nicht im Zimmer, sondern extra, was aber nicht weiter stört, sondern den "Gästezimmer-Eindruck" nur weiter verstärkt. Einziges Manko ist, dass das Internet nicht immer funktioniert.

Great bed and breakfast!
We had an airport taxi take us to the hotel so finding it wasn't a problem. The Re De Roma train stop is a 7 min walk from the hotel and will take you anywhere into Rome. Unfortunately, we found out our first night that the trains stop running at 9:30 pm. Language was a bit of a barrier but they try VERY hard to communicate and are extremely accommodating. The rooms were huge and comfortable with detached bathrooms that were also huge. There is no air conditioning and no breeze in the rooms we had so sleep sometimes was difficult. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend.

Rome first time
The owner was very helpful..we got there before check in but a phone call and she came. It was not convenient to metro..but we did not mind the walk..the taxi from airport was extremely costly! It was a lovely place and safe. Breakfast was fresh and normal for Italy.

Great days in Rome
Great place to stay for a visit to Rome. Very close to the center, about 25 minutes to walk to the Colosseum, about 2 minutes to the bus station from where the bus goes to the Colosseum and the center. Room was great and we received great hospitality. Parking the car in the frontyard was also great, but this needs to be reserved in advance. Absolutely enjoyed the stay and would book it again.

I loved it!
I recently stayed at this B&B and I would recommend it to solo travellers, like myself, for couples and for families because it is a safe, cosy bed and breakfast. A Vinicius et Mita is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beautiful San Giovanni church and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Colosseum. The nearest Metro Station, Re di Roma, is a short 5-10 minute walk from the B&B and this station is only four stations away from the Termini so it is well connected yet it is in a quiet area and it is away from the busy tourist areas. There is a supermarket located near the Metro station and there are many ATMs in the area as well as a cafe just around the corner from the B&B that sell cappuccinos for ,90 cents (I was impressed!). My room opened out onto a balcony and each room has it's own private bathroom located next door to the bedroom. A Vinicius et Mita is beautifully decorated inside and there is a lovely garden/court yard at the front of the building which is a nice area for relaxing. The family who own A Vinicius et Mita are lovely and extremely helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was very good. i would definitely recommend this B&B to family and friends and I hope to stay there again some time.

A great place
This unassuming little B&B was a wonderful surprise. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. My room was huge and very well cared for and the bathroom was one of the biggest, and cleanest, I found during my entire trip to Europe. Breakfast is abundant and there is easy access to bus, metro and train lines. I would stay there again in a minute - in fact, I plan on it!

A simple room
I stayed there 5 nights and it was an enjoyable experience. It was affordable and I was about a 10 minute walk to the metro and then 4 stops to Roma Termini so the location wasn't in the middle of things but I wasn't really looking for that either. I wish there were a few more restaurants but there were enough and they were quality, affordable food, not tourist stuff.

Accogliente e originale e' una comoda sistemazione poco distante dalla linea a della metro. Stanza confortevole e pulita e personale simpatico e disponibile. Silenziosissimo e colazione ok. Contro: il bagno e' adiacente alle camere ed anche se privato e ' necessario uscire dalla stanza nel corridoio per accedervi. L'acqua calda la sera e' venuta a mancare la mattina successiva era ok. Il check out e' alle 10.00 un po' presto.
