We are placed in the city center from where is very easy to reach all the most important attractions. Vatican is true is farther but with the metro, which is distant just 2 minutes from us, it takes about 15 minutes to reach it. About the transfer, we offer a private one with a trusted driver, prices are in line and often even smaller than the external offers. It might be that you have taken during the night time? Because in that case it increases, not very much but is however a higher price than during the day and you may not be aware as usually is not displayed on the taxi cars like for the daytime rates. We are situated in a central position near all the most important cultural attractions reacheble by walking and distant just a few steps from the means of transport. We hope that this has helped you to an easily exploration of the city. Our rooms are finely decorated with high quality furniture and provided with all conforts. We are sorry to read that you didn't enjoy much the bed, actually is the first time we get a complain about this. For the sleep of our guests we have choosen the top quality of the matresses in memory form from the Dorelan , which is one of the most important producers of bedding in Italy. Usually this kind of matresses are used in the 5 stars Hotels. We got always a lot of positive comments about them. But we understand that the type of matresse is a very personal choice and not all people have the same preferences when it comes to the comfort of sleeping. We are sorry also to know your towels haven't been changed. As we are an eco friendly Hotel, we ask our guests to collaborate to avoid the waste, that's why in every bathroom there is an informative for our guests, where is written how to change the towels. If they need new ones they can simply throw them on the ground, and they will be changed, otherwise the housekeeping staff understands that guests still need them. However as all the other Hotels, each three days we change the whole bedding and also the towels if they weren't never changed before since the guests arrival. But in any case, if the guests ask towels to be changed everyday we do it without problems. We truly apologize if there was any mistake from our housekeeping staff, but however, the reception staff, if informed about this problem , they can take act immediatly. It is enough a call from the room to bring all fresh towels. We hope that despite these inconvenience you had a pleasent stay and also a good homecoming. Best regards

I am happy that you liked our central position, very useful to conveniently get to almost every part of the Italian Capital. The proximity to Termini station facilitates our guests' arrival and departure from the main roman airports. The Repubblica metro stop is just a few steps away, and it allows to get to St Peter's Square and Vatican Museums in about ten minutes. For whose who like shopping, Via Nazionale, that is one of the main fashion streets in Rome, is only a five minute walk away. For the archaeologic sites' lovers, Colosseum and Imperial Forums can be reached in a 20 minute walk. Moreover, the hotel faces the Opera House, of whom lovely view can be enjoyed from the most of our accommodations. The liric season is opening the next week. In the nearby, there are also many good restaurants and bars where you can taste authentic Italian cuisine and cappuccino that we would like to recommend to you the next time you will come back to Rome. After having checked the toilet, and having noticed that there was not a single problem going on with it, we decided to offer you a new room with an upgrade nonetheless, but your response actually was not only that you would not have accepted it, but that you only wanted a refund, in the absence of which you would have written us a bad review. Hi Mihaly. We acknowledge that on the night of your check-in the light went out, but that was not our fault. It was due to a black-out caused by the breaking of some cables in the power plant supplying energy to the whole neighborhood. As soon as we were informed about it we went to the reception and stayed there all night to make sure that our guests could safely get back in their rooms. The morning after, we were there from 8am as well, to support and help our clients. Like you said, electricity came back in the morning and we gave everyone the chance to check-out a bit later, in order to use water and comfortably prepare to depart. You were offered this solution too, and your unease was limited to those morning hours, having stayed here for one night only. We are sorry that you alone didn't appreciate our behavior and our assistancy. We tried our best to face a problem which, again, was not caused by us.
