Very nice apartment
The host was waiting for us at the entrance of the building, which was very nice, then they explained to us how it works in the apartment and gave us tips about the restaurants and metro station to the attraction. The Apartment was very nice, clean and fully equipped.

Lovely place to stay and fantastic hosts
We had a great stay at the flat during the New Year. We had everything we needed there and It's close to the main attractions to visit. Luigi was helpful, taking his time going through the flat, recommending lovely local restaurants, and giving us directions to go to the places to visit. He was so kind to call a taxi for us to catch a train and the plane, even making sure we got into the taxi very early in the morning. We also appreciate that he allowed us to leave later to catch our plane back home in the evening. Luigi & Tiziana are the best hosts, making our holiday extra special. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

Es waren 5 sehr schöne Tage in Rom. Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum, was sehr angenehm ist. Zu Fuss ist alles in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür! Alles sehr gut! Wir würden es wieder machen!

Perfect rome stay
The appartement was very well located, at a walkable distance from important landmarks as the colosseo. A great break in Rome
We had a lovely break in Rome and the owners were really helpful and always responded via WhatsApp if we had any questions. The neighbourhood was great - easy walk to the Colosseum and a supermarket almost next door with lots of restaurants close by. The owners also organised a taxi for us on the last day back to the airport. Thanks for a great stay

Highly recommend!
We were two female high school friends. Luigi greeted us at the apartment. He was friendly and helpful in getting us situated and giving us suggestions on getting around and restaurants. We felt safe and close enough to the things we wanted to see while in Rome. Would absolutely recommend.

Wir wurden von Luigi überaus freundlich empfangen. Er hat uns alle wichtigen Dinge erzählt, zusätzlich einen überaus leckeren Restaurant-Tipp gegeben. Die Wohnung war für einen Rom-Aufenthalt (5 Tage) gerade richtig, lag sehr günstig und hatte alles (sogar die wichtigsten Lebensmittel für den ersten Tag), was man braucht. Super auch die 2 Lebensmittelgeschäfte in direkter Nachbarschaft! Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfect location and hosts
The apartment is located just outside of the main core with all the main attractions within a 30-45 minute walk or a short cab ride. The metro station is about a 10 min walk. Being outside the main core, you get to appreciate the local community. Luigi and Tiziana are wonderful hosts and we’re quick to answer any questions. Exciting change of pace
This Qwaint apartment is located just off the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. Very easy walking distance to all of Central Rome. We loved being in a more local area and enjoying the amazing food and visiting with people.

Quaint Rome Getaway!
Overall, enjoyed our stay. Positives: The flat was situated in a neighborhood just beyond the city center of Rome. Transit was pretty accurate and easy to navigate by bus or metro. Primary bed mattress seemed older but surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. We really enjoyed coming back from the busy day of walking in the city center to see the local residents come out and congregate at one of the four restaurants next to each other. Kids playing, families and neighbors talking to one another, and drinking a glass of wine. It was refreshing to not see everyone on their cell phones but instead just enjoying each others company. The host also left some breakfast snacks which was a nice touch. Felt safe walking around even in the evening. The building felt secure since a key is required to enter. There is an elevator to use for those that don’t want to or can’t climb the three flights. It is a very compact elevator though just to note. Cons: Had trouble using the key to get in and out almost each time we left. Check-in process could have been better and could easily be rectified by preparing a guest binder that includes helpful tips, transit information, local favorites, etc. All the positives outweighed the cons. We would definitely stay again but the key situation was a bit frustrating each time worrying if we were going to get in or would have to call the host.

Friendly home near the Coliseum
Luigi and Tiziana were very gracious hosts, welcoming us on our (delayed) arrival, giving us sightseeing and restaurant advice, and even arranging for our taxi to the airport. The flat is very close to the Coliseum and Roman Forum but in a quiet residential area. Everything we needed was close by: restaurants, coffee shops, gelato shops, grocery stores and a friendly pub to watch sports matches and eat delicious food. In a such a tourist-filled city, it was a relief to come back to this neighbourhood to relax amongst locals.

Exactly what we needed
Perfect place for our 6 family members. We walked or took the metro/bus everywhere we went. Luigi made sure we had a lay of the land and even recommended a couple of local places. Away from a lot of the tourist areas but close enough to get to the attractions quickly. With 6 people 1 bathroom is tight, but we knew that going in, so it worked. It had everything we needed. Also a small penny mart just out the front door.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Luigi for renting out your apartment in Rome to my family through Vrbo. We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay, and we owe a great deal of that to your hospitality and helpfulness. From the moment we arrived, you were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain all of the major tourist attractions in the city. Your restaurant recommendation was also spot-on and made for a truly memorable meal. The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs, as we were able to walk to all of the major sights in Rome from the Vatican to the Colosseum. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket nearby, where we could stock up on fresh produce and deli items to make sandwiches and pizzas at home. Overall, I would highly recommend your apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring Rome, especially families with children. Appartement Idéalement situé à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre historique de Rome.
Nous avons passé cinq jours très agréables, l’appartement offre deux vraies chambres et une cuisine bien équipée. Le garage n’est pas compris dans la location mais nos hôtes - tres serviables- nous ont aidé à trouver une place de stationnement gratuit à deux pas de l’immeuble.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos proprietários. Eles foram bastante simpáticos e afáveis, estando sempre disponíveis para tudo, a qualquer momento. O apartamento, não obstante pequeno e um pouco arcaico, era aconchegante e tinha todos os acessórios que nós precisávamos. Estava muito bem localizado, com supermercados a preços acessíveis e a cerca de 10 minutos a pé da estação de metro mais próxima. Porém, optámos por calcorrear a cidade (é perfeitamente fazível a partir do apartamento). Regressámos de Roma muito satisfeitos e voltaríamos certamente a escolher este apartamento. Resta-me agradecer ao Senhor Luigi e à Senhora Tiziana pelo excelente serviço de hospedagem. Muito obrigado!

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Zu verbessern wäre nur eine Klimaanlage, im August bei 35 Grad kann man eigentlich nicht entspannt schlafen, da wenn man ein Fenster aufmacht auf Grund der sehr zentralen Lage es sehr laut ist und bei zuenem Fenster erstickt man. Kann der Vermieter aber nichts dafür da es ja auch nicht angeboten wird. Ist eine reine Empfehlung. Wäre eine Klimaanlage vorhanden würde ich 6 Sterne vergeben.

Amazing host from the time we booked our trip. Prompt communication with detailed instructions followed by amazing hospitality as we arrived. We were short on currency for the taxi as we arrived at the property from airport, Luigi arranged the cash and had marked out all visitor locations and directions for us. Apartment was nicely decorated and had everything for us as a family. They arranged taxi for our trip back and took real care of us the whole time. Would definitely stay there when we visit Role next.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé (même de l'aéroport), tout peut se faire à pieds. Le gérant est très accueillant et sympathique. Il fait très chaud l'été dans l'appartement, des ventilos sont à disposition mais ça ne suffit pas pour être au frais. Appartement un peu étroit lorsque la table est dépliée mais fidèle à l'annonce. C'est parfait pour un séjour entre copains. Gracie mille !!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt günstig nahe an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles kann gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Wohnung ist eher für zwei Personen. Sechs Personen bekommen ein Problem mit den Essplätzen. Die Küche ist vollständig aber gehört mal wieder odentlich gereinigt.

L'appartamento è sufficente per 6 persone per mangiare c'è un secondo tavolo da aprire che probabilmente non eri capace ad aprirlo. La cucina è sempre pulita ed igienizzata

schöne Ferienwohnung im Zetrum von Rom
wir wurden am Anreisetag vom Vermieter der Wohnung persönlich begrüßt. Trotzdem wir kein italienisch sprechen hat die Verständigung super funktioniert. Uns wurde die Wohnung und das Inventar gezeigt und wir bekamen auch sehr viele nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge zu verschiedenste Sehenwürdigkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger sind im direkten Umfeld der Wohnung viele vorhanden, aber auch verschiedenste Restaurants und Gaststätten. Die Verkehranbindung ist super!! Es sind im Umfeld sehr viele Bushaltestellen verschiedenster Buslinien und auch zwei Metrostationen liegen dicht bei. Wer gut und gern zu Fuss unterwegs ist, kann sowohl das Collosseum, aber Circus Maximus gut erreichen (weniger als zwei Kilometer). Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und vielen Danke an Luigi und Tiziana
