Litet, charmigt och mycket centralt beläget hotell. Otroligt vänlig personal som anstränger sig lite extra för att gästerna ska trivas. Rymligt och rent rum med bra sängar. Kommer definitivt tillbaka hit.

Nice and central in great area.
Nice and clean, good standard. Breakfast was somewhat limited in choices, and served in small and quite boring facilities.

Många små händelser som sammantaget drog ner besöket. Inget varmvatten en av dagarna, beställd transport som kom efter 45 minuter, lång tid för att checka in. Väldigt lyhört. Inget större intresse av att hjälpa till med tips. Extraavgift som lades på rumspriset utan att berättat i förväg om det. Samtidigt så ligger hotellet väldigt bra. Nära till mycket och enkelt att ta sig runt.

Utmärkt läge, men mycket folk ute på gatan på natten som tidvis störde, lyhört. Ingenstans att göra av kläderna. Men fördelarna övervägde

Not a place for big people and large suitcases. Worth the price if you are a tourist because of its fantastic location!

Expect extreme noise and patrionizing hotel staff
Our holiday was ruined by the hotel and the staff did not care. Being awakened by building noise at 7.45 AM was not what we expected. Having received no information about the reconstruction beforehand, we politely asked the hotel staff if they could please make sure we were not awakened again. This did not help. The noise was so loud that I at times could not hear what the staff at hotels.com was saying on the phone, when we discussed the issue with them. They were not aware of the reconstruction and told us to discuss compensation with the hotel. At check-out we politely asked how they were going to compensate that they had literally ruined a big part of our holiday. We were amazed by the hotel staff's careless reply and patronizing attitude as he did not believe that the noise were a problem but instead referred to a law that allowed renovating from 8 AM in the morning. Pointing out that they had started before 8 AM he held two fingers up close together and said "a little bit, we did not start at 6 in the morning so what is the problem"! I have never experienced anything like it. When we further pointed out that they were to inform hotels.com of the reconstruction noise, he said that he would never do that. Pointing out that the staff at hotels.com were astonished by the level of the noise (we had send a video to them) made no difference. I cannot in any way recommend to stay here - If you choose to do so, you do it with the risk of reconstruction noise from 7.45 AM - 4 PM.

Would go back
Located in the middle of the historic district Hotel Pantheon is within walking distance of everything from Trevi fountain, the Vatican, Navona square and more. The Pantheon itself is located 10 seconds around the corner and right infront there is one of the best cafés in Rome. Restaurans are aplenty in the area. In other words the hotel is perfectly located. There is however no bus station or metro in the historic district. The staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was good with a chef that prepared fresh coffee and scrambled eggs with bacon upon request. The room was nicely decorated and lit yet small but had a high ceiling which compensated a bit. Room was clean and bathroom was nice with a big bathtub. The shower was a bit tricky to figure out though. Wifi had to be payed for unfortunately. I'd go back to Hotel Pantheon.

I chose this hotel because of the location and the elevator. It does have an elevator but that only reaches the 3rd floor. After that I had to go up a flight of stairs then down a curved flight to reach my room. The area is quiet, but the hallway conversations sound like you are separated by a paper towel, not a wall. I finally started answering the other patron’s questions out loud to let them know I could hear every word and was disturbed. I also figured out that the key card had to be inserted a certain way or the lights and outlets would switch off - then on- randomly every few minutes- playing havoc with my cpap machine. Great location and helpful, friendly staff.

Dear guests,Giving a negative opinion only because the hotel was unable to let you stay since you didn't have the passports to check in is an unpleasant and petty thing. At the time of check in you warned us that you forgot your passports in Tuscany. Know that in Italy it is a crime to lodge people who are not registered with their own document. The property faces a large fine and the temporary closure of the business, so it is better to take an infamous negative judgment than to face much more serious penalties. You also threatened the girl at the reception that if you didn't stay, you would give a negative opinion of the structure! Sehr gut geführtes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage. Da das Pantheon direkt um die Ecke liegt ist es abends nicht gerade leise, dafür gibts Musik zum einschlafen :-)

Such a cool hotel, we had several rooms within our group and every room was unique. Ours had stairs up to a large room with a rooftop balcony. So much better than a standard boring hotel room. Staff was lovely. It was in such a good location.

Terrific hotel! Friendly and helpful staff and literally a minute from the Pantheon. Crowded streets filled with tourists, but that’s Rome. Only negative is parking. Don’t drive to this hotel. Take a taxi.

The location was good. Close to everything. The biggest problem we had was that the website said parking “on-site” and we got down there which was no easy feat and there was No Parking and we had to find a parking garage about 20 min away. Not cool. All was said was “oops.. we should change that”. Room was big to have 4 people but not easy to get to. Had to take elevator to 3rd floor then walk up with luggage up narrow stairs. Would not book again.
