I'm not picky, and I never complained on a hotel room before. Now there is a good reason. There was water leaking from the air condition, making the locker and the blankets inside soaking wet. There was mold in the locker because of that, and the smell of mold could be felt in the whole room. I was promised twice that this would be fixed, without anything happening. In the end, I was given another room. Other problems: toilets in both rooms were *not* clean, two of the three reception staff I met were not particularly helpful or friendly, cleaning staff shouting loudly in the corridor in early morning, wifi was slow and unreliable, the drinking glass in the room was dirty, the chair was broken and could not be used, staff gave me completely wrong directions on where to find the airport shuttle bus. Any three star hotel is much better than this so-called four star hotel. Go somewhere else!
