Enkelt men bra
Rummet var helt OK med tanke på att vi åkte till Rom för att vara i Rom, inte vara på hotellet. Enkelt och rent, mest en plats att sova på. Frukosten serveras på en bar runt hörnet och består av en kopp kaffe, en plastmugg med juice och en croissant. Inget man står sig på för en heldags vandringar i Rom... Hotellet ligger inom gångavstånd från allt man vill se i Rom.

Utmärkt läge, men kunde kostat några kronor till så de hade kunnat fixa t ex toalettsitsen och schampo till duschen. Kaffet gott till frukosten men mycket sparsamt att äta.

decisamente no!
La sistemazione sarebbe stata ottima per la vicinaza sia alla stazione che al centro, ma tutto il resto è da dimenticare: letti e cuscini vecchi, tende impolverate, arredamento minimale e vecchio, così pure il bagno.Lampadine mancanti,curiosamente sostituita quella dell abatjour togliendola da quella del comodino a sinistra e mettendola in quella a destra....non capisco il perchè... La signora alla reception molto gentile e anche il wifi promosso, ma il fatto di andare a fare colazione con un cappuccino, un succo di frutta e un cornetto fuori dall'hotel è veramente scomodo, specialmente se non lo hai scelto tu all'atto della prenotazione. Ho soggiornato a Roma in posti migliori, non lontani da questo, e per un costo minore.

Strict rules,
Hotel wouldn't accept my cancelation even though I cancelled within 24 hours. And my stay was 4 weeks away. Very bad business.

I'm sorry, but unfortunately its was a non refundable prepaid booking, so in case of cancellation, no refund. There are standard reservations with which the cancellation within certain terms can be done without a penalty

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero el elevador no está en buen estado y el aire acondicionado de la habitación, nunca enfrió! El restaurante donde te dan el "desayuno" jamás lo encontramos.

Está en el cuarto piso la entrada, escaleras dos pisos sin luz todo el tiempo, muy ruidoso y escuchabas entre otras cosas cuando la gente tenía sexo y nosotros llevábamos a nuestra hija de 11 años, habitaciones húmedas mal ventiladas, elevador chico y no da confianza (nunca lo quisimos usar) , colchones duros , cámas ruidosas , ventana pequeña con vista a un tilichero, una decepción . Ah no tenían plancha . Ubico bueno ubicación cerca de Termini y al menos el tipo recepcionista siempre fue amable.

O quarto é agradável, embora o aparelho de ar condicionado estivesse bastante sujo, para alguns alérgicos poderia ser um problema. Não há recepção no período noturno. Elevador só funciona a partir do primeiro andar, portanto você precisa subir as escadas com as malas. Nas duas noites que ficamos hospedados, o elevador não funcionou, voltamos cansados dos passeios e tivemos que subir tudo à pé.

Frankly my experience living in Nazional Room was not good. SStaff was not cooperated. Lift of the Hotel is not working. Breakfast was very poor.

B&b veramente sporco, camera senza alcun tipo di servizio e con una finestra che dava sul muro del palazzo accanto. La colazione nonostante al momento della prenotazione pareva essere a buffet, siamo dovuta andarla a fare nel bar accanto con a disposizione un caffè con cornetto. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato si trova decisamente di meglio. MAI PIÙ.

un soggiorno per qualche notte
l'hotel è ben ubicato, la colazione viene fornita al bar che è dietro l'angolo, nel complesso per chi deve solo dormire va più che bene, nelle vicinanze ci sono cmq tanti servizi, pub, fast food, metro, cinema.

VERY GOOD
Very good b&b , the breakfast was in a cafe just 2 step away . It had a croissant of your choise, a capuccino and a juice. The location is perfect, you can go everywhere on foot ,and it is close to metro for longer distance places . I recommend this b&b , i had a funtastic time in rome!

Do not stay here
The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it is central. The beds are uncomfortable, breakfast is stale leftovers and rooms are noisy. When we arrived our room was not ready due to a plumbing issue, no worries ww will be back at 5pm. The staff member asked us to wait and she would speak to the manager. An hour later it was decided that the room would not be ready for us and another motel was organised by the manager. We were happy to relocate but it was obvious that we were never staying in that motel on our first night and should have been relocated via email or on our arrival. We were down for breakfast with our bags by 8am and headed out for the day. When we arrived back (8pm) at Nazional Rooms our room was ready and our bags had been brought across. We had a room opposite the reception area and were given keys. When we opened the door the smell was indescribable. I asked the reception staff if there was another room available "no", I asked if we could again be relocated "no". Trying to make the best of the situation I opened windows, covered the bathroom drains and asked for air freshener. The staff member brought in the air freshener and left the room coughing and gagging from the smell. We asked for a refund on our next night if there was still not a room available or discount "no". I travel regularly and things do go wrong, however, the manager had no consideration for his guests only that he was paid for a room. Do not stay here!

3連泊で予約したが、途中で部屋を移動させられた。普通あり得ないと思う。洗面の水は詰まっているため逆流し、不快なにおいがする。シャワーの水量は少ない。ホテルと思っていたが探し当てたらB＆Bと表示されていた。これはホテルズコムの問題でもあると思う。朝食は、外のカフェでとる形式であった。天気によっては不便である。事前に利用者に知らせておくべきであろう。

We liked only the location
Hotel is in the centre of the city, we liked this location, even it was quite noisy. Staff could not speak english and especially bathroom was in very bad condition with the terrible smell. Breakfast was in dirty bar in nearby.

Ideal para cualquier tipo de estancia
Fue realmente grato para mi llegar a este sitio y ser atendida por la simpática chica que estaba en la recepción. El hotel y su personal me encanto, acogedor, limpio, bien comunicado tanto por si se desea ir en metro, autobús o caminando todos los sitios de interés estan cerca del hotel. La verdad que si volviera a Roma no dudaría en hospedarme aquí porque fue un verdadero placer.

En general las condiciones del hotel son buenas, ya que es barato en comparación con otros, tiene muy buena ubicación y el personal es muy amable, el problema es que no cuenta con un letrero grande para ubicarlo más rápido y si traes maletas grandes hay que subir un piso cargándolas

Good location, basic but clean.
Good location - 10 mins walk from Termini Station and walkable to most areas of the city you'd likely want to see. It took us roughly 20 minutes to walk to either the Forum area, the 'Old Rome' area, Piazza Barberini or Piazza di Spagna. The hotel is quite basic and has some interestingly shaped rooms - ours had an angled ceiling with lots of low beams which were difficult to navigate. However, the beds were comfortable enough and the place was pretty clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is included, though only consists of a pastry and drink from a nearby cafe. Worth noting that there is a (small) elevator which does not operate between all floors, so climbing some stairs is inevitable. Not a problem for us but it could be a problem for those with mobility issues. For the price, compared to other hotels in a similarly handy location, this was a good find. If you're just need a basic, clean place to sleep, this place is ok.

A ne surtout pas recommander. hotel dans un immeuble en piètre état et sale, chambre de 1m de hauteur sous les toits sans fenêtre, personnel de mauvaise fois, douche cassée et non réparée plusieurs jours, pas de coffre ni de peignoir, petit déjeuner doit être pris dans un bar en dehors, etc... réception au 3 ème, chambre au 5 ème avec un ascenseur qui ne va que du 1er au 4eme...se passe de commentaire

Bon hôtel pour le prix peu élevé, cependant il faut s'attendre à du bruit la nuit, notre chambre donnait sur une grande artère très fréquentée ! Il y avait deux lits doubles qui ne nous permettaient pas de dormir ensemble. Autrement, petit-déjeuner correct et chambre spacieuse. L'hôtel est bien situé, à 10 mn de la fontaine de Trévi et 15 mn du Colisée à pied !!

Hotellet ligger på Via Nazionale midt i Rom. Hotellet ligger på 4 sal, og der er elevator fra 1. og til 4. Det er omtrent det reneste hotel jeg har oplevet til dato. Det virker til at være familieejet, og ikke bemandet døgnet rundt, hvilket sandsynligvis var årsagen til at de skrev og spurgte til hvad tid vi ca. ankom. Ved ankomsten var der rigtig fin service, hvor vi bl.a. fik gode råd om seværdigheder samt udleveret et kort over Rom. Der var meget rent, og værelset blev dagligt gjort rent. Håndklæder kunne ligeledes skiftes dagligt. Morgenmaden foregik på 6. sal i et lille tekøkken. Servicen var fin, da køkkenet er bemandet. Morgenmaden er ikke noget at råbe hurra for, men kan man leve med lidt toastbrød, lidt kødpålæg, marmelade, nutella, youghurt og hjemmepresset hindbærjuice, samt kaffe, så er det rigtig fint til prisen. Eneste ulempe var at hotellet var meget lydt, og at rygere måtte ryge i opgangen, således at man kunne hører alt hvad der foregik der. I hvert fald fra vores værelse. Man får her meget overnatning til prisen. :o)

Nebensaison zu günstigem Preis, annehmbares Hotel
Zur Nebensaison für 40€ die Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer, der Preis ist natürlich super! Zimmer waren okay, wenn man ohne Hotelansprüche anreist. Einfaches Doppelbett, kleiner TV und kleines Bad (indem allerdings der Abfluss etwas roch). Hotel hat eher Hostelcharakter, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Lage ist hervorragend, allerdings relativ laut, aufgrund der dünnen Fenster/dünnen Wänden.

Cheap and convenient.
Convenient location at a cheap price. Travel lodge style where everything is adequate but nothing extra and fancy-just what we required for a trip where we spent little time in the room. We never tried the breakfast so could not comment. Its on the fourth floor so not suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs. I would recommend this hotel as for the price it is just what you expect, no frills but everything you need.

Accueil en français, par des responsables présents tout au long de la journée. Hôtel très bien situé pour effectuer des visites, de là on part à pied visiter la ville,et les bus passent au pied de l'hôtel. Hôtel au confort sans prétention mais bien suffisant .Le petit déjeuner se prend maintenant dans l'immeuble, et non plus dans un restaurant à côté. Séjour qui nous a tout à fait convenu.

Basic, but clean and tidy. Staff pleasant. Breakfast average, but good enough. Look for the sign above the wig shop. Go up the stairs to the fourth floor to find reception. Would stay again if in Rome.

Good hotel for price.
The hotel is basic with spartan rooms but very clean. Though a tv is in the room and the hotel also offers free wifi which was great. Fairly good location and could walk to all the major sights except the Vatican though you are right by a the metro station that takes you to the Vatican stop and also the stops for Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps (though can walk both in about 15 minues and see some of the city). Would definitely recommend to people and would stay again when in the city. Also has a great roof terrace for breakfast and I believe that you can also use it during the day (didn't use it but another guest said they had evening drinks and snacks up there - they bought their own, the hotel doesn't provide this)

Если вы ищете отель только что бы было где оставить чемоданы, переночевать, принять душ, а в остальное время насладиться пребыванием в Риме, то отель вполне для этого подходит. Есть конечно недостатки, такие как лифт который ходит со второго этажа до предпоследнего (мы жили на последнем), скудный завтрак (но зато он на террасе) и нет утюга (девушкам важен их внешний вид). Но к большим минусам это отнести нельзя. Что для нас действительно было неприятно, это неверная информация о времени заселения. Мы искали отель с регистрацией заезда не позднее 12:00, специально отменили бронь другого отеля, где заселяли с 14:00. У данного отеля время регистрации было указанно с 12:00, по факту, когда мы приехали нам сказали, что номер занят и нас заселят не ранее двух часов. Время было потеряно, а нам так хотелось бросить чемоданы и отправиться смотреть город. В остальном, если без придирок, отель нормальный.
