Great location and rooms
Very nice rooms and the location is perfect. But to find the hotel you might need some help! There is no Lobby just a door in the street. But very good rooms for the cash!

First I had to climb a very steep staircase. I did not see that on the site. The woman helped me after I said I could not bring my suitcases up the stairs myself. The room was dark and the bathroom was across the hall! There was no light in the corridor, so I used my phone to go from the bedroom to the bathroom. Not acceptable. They did give me a robe and slippers and the woman ordered a taxi for the morning. In the morning, there was no one to help with the suitcases. And it wasn’t cheap!

Muy bien situado, muy cerca de la Fontana de Trevi. Muy buena atención por parte del personal. La habitación y el baño en general bien, pero hay algunas cosas que mejorar, como el agua caliente que salía prácticamente fría, que no hubiese microondas y la cocina era muy lenta, no reciclan y se usa mucho plástico, y una de las camas estaba hundida.

Unit is right in the middle of town. Easy walk to all places. If unit had a microwave, it would be a 5+. Would book again.

Good location with a lot of character. Great restaurants nearby. However, for that character we paid with comfort. The bathroom was large and the amenities looked new. However, it smelled of mold, the toilet seat is attached wrong, and the water for the shower & bath was lukewarm at best. Not worth the price we paid. Also, no breakfast is included if you book through expedia (although it's just a coffee & croissant from a place nearby).

Eski bir Roma apartmanındaki daire restore edilmiş ve 3 oda olmuş. Resepsiyonist sürekli yok ama ihtiyaç anında ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Oda küçük değil, mutfak var. Banyo bakımlı ve temiz. Loby yok. Lokasyon güzel.

Prima bnb. Locatie fantastisch, ontvangst prima, ondanks dat we pas om 24.00 op de bestemming waren. Rustige locatie op een steenworp van de Spaanse trappen. De Wi-Fi was prima. De gordijnen mogen wel iets dikker, het was vrij licht 's nachts.

Close to the tourist area.
Many things within walking distance. We did have our own bathroom but not in the room, had to lock and unlock doors to use it. No elevators, you will have to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. Very clean and updated. Only Italian on TV. This was one of the better places we stayed at.

It's a scam. Address is to an apartment building that no one will answer the buzzer and no one will answer the phone either. However around the corner on via Sistine the are a few great legit hotels

Nice & small place near the Spanish steps.
We had a comfortable stay in one of the 3 rooms of BdB Luxury Rooms Spagna, with breakfast in a nice bar close by.

Ubicación y personal excelente!
Fue una estadía muy gratificante. Todo fue perfecto. La ubicación está ahí nomás de la plaza barberini, a unas cuadras de la fontana Di Trevi, cerca del transporte público, muy cómodo. El cuarto posee cocina, por lo que nos hizo ahorrar bastante a la hora de salir a comer. Lo mejor fue el personal, muy atento y amable. Siempre nos hicieron sentir de lo mejor. La limpieza excelente. Muy recomendable.

Sehr zentral gelegen hat es uns Spaß gemacht dort zu wohnen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber. Das Bett leider etwas zu weich für unseren Geschmack. Das Frühstück besteht aus einer Tasse Kaffee und einem Hörnchen - die Buchung kann man sich sparen. Direkt um die Ecke an der "Piazza Barberini" gibt es ein tolles Frühstücks Café. Am Abreisetag konnten wir problemlos unser Gepäck bis am späten Nachmittag dort lagern. Fazit: wurden jederzeit wiederkommen !

Clean room. Check in was easy and friendly. Amazing restaurant about a 3 minute walk away named Osteria Barberini. Highly recommend dinner or lunch. Allowed us to leave our bags after checkout for free. Very comfy bed.

Nous avons attendu plus d'une demi heure à la porte de ce pseudo hôtel. Une dame nous a ensuite accueillis froidement. Aucune marque de sympathie, limite agressive. nous avons payé pour le petit déjeuner et la dame nous informe que finalement il n'y en a pas. Très décevant. Nous apercevons ensuite que la salle de bain n'est pas dans la chambre. Le site est vraiment trompeur car les photos ne corresponde pas. L'eau de la douche à peine tiede... De plus elle a refusé que l'on paye les taxes de séjour en carte bancaire, n' acceptant que le cash. Ce n'est pas digne d'un hôtel. Vraiment pas clean!! Très déçue. Malgré tout nous avons passe un bon séjour à Rome même si la partie hébergement à tout gâché.

Great place to stay
This was a great place to stay! Loved the room, loved the location. It's very close to the metro and literally around the corner from the Spanish Steps, but it's on a side street so it was typically very quiet. Staff were great. The room had a small kitchenette with pots, pan, plates, etc which was great. Perfect if you wanted to cook something quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient Room Near Spanish Steps
Very clean and comfortable room with small kitchen and refrigerator. The room is conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, but keep in mind that is on an uphill that can take your breath away if you are arriving with luggage. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is only a croissant and a hot beverage next door but is a really good croissant and coffee. The subway station (Spagna) is 5 to 10 minute walk. You will need to actually go down the spanish steps to get to the subway faster if you want.

Skvělý rodinný hotel, s velmi příjemnou obsluhou, vždy čistý a skvěle upravený pokoj (pokojová služba každý den včetně výměny ručníků) v rámci velkého bytu rozděleného na jednotlivé místnosti. Ubytování v blízkosti Španělských schodů a zároveň metra Barberini. Vřele doporučuji!

Rome Getaway
Hotel was small but clean and nice had a refrigerator & stove. The place was very contemporary only down side was out of the three rooms offered we had a private bathroom but had to go to another room for it having to lock 7 unlock etc. Nice location and close to the metro & many sights within walking distance. We had a total of nine nights in Rome & this place meet our standards perfect four couples 7 singles. Victoria greeted us upon arrival & did an amazing job during our stay she even made sure we have a cab day of leaving. I would definitely book this hotel on our next stay.

Tout etait très bien, la chambre, propre, petite kitchenette, wifi, emplacement idéal, proche metro, et centre ville. à noter, le b&b n'a pas vraiment d'accueil, il fauit bien prevoir son heure d'arrivée, ou bien avoir un numéro à contacter...car seul devant la sonette et personne pour ouvrir ( car les gens n'habitent pas sur place) y'a quelques minutes de sloitude. apres, l'accueil est tres agréable, et aux petits soins pour les questions. le petit déjeuner: une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie, ça m'a suffit, suffit d'etre prévenue ce que j'etais.

המקום קרוב לכל האתרים המרכזים לדעתי אפשר למצוא מלונות יותר משודרגים באזור מים חמים מספיקים ל 7 דק מקלחת הדוד קטן המיטות היו מחוברות והיה קשה לי לישון בלילה יכול להיות שזה רק בחדר שאנחנו ישנו אין מעלית סיוט עם מזוודות ארוחת בוקר זה חרטה קפה ועוגה בבר מחוץ למלון הטלוויזיה והמזגן לא עבדו כמו שצריך בכלל שוב יכול להיות שזה רק בחדר שלי לא היה שם מישהי בצורה קבועה אלא בשעות מסוימות בכללי החרדי אירוח גדולים יותר יפים מהתמונות שראינו
