Nice stay
The staff working in the reception was very kind and serviceminded. The room is nice and clean, perfect for a family. Very good wienerschnitzel in the restaurant! I would definitely recommend this place.

Mysigt hotell i en sagostad
Riktigt mysigt hotell, men med smakfullt moderniserade rum. Fin frukost, även om inte frukostpersonalen var speciellt effektiva. Bra med egen parkering i närheten.

Modern hotel in historical surroundings
A nice hotel in the very middle of Rothenburg, but still offering parking facilities for a reasonable fee. It is modern without renouncing the charm of the historical building. Real sunflowers at the reception and in the breakfast room!

Vi bodde här en natt när vi besökte Rothenburg. Hotellets byggnad är väldigt gammal och charmig.Vi hade ett familjerum som var rymligt för 4 personer. Rummet var rent och fint med sköna sängar. Rummet låg högt upp under taket så det var ganska varmt på natten. De hade satt in en fläkt på rummet som hjälpte lite. Frukosten var ok men vi hade nog förväntat oss mer med tanke på rumspriset. Servicen är bra, de pratar engelska och de parkerade vår bil efter att vi hade lastat av bagaget. Vill man bo mitt i centrum så är detta rätt hotell, det ligger bara några minuter från torget där rådhuset ligger.

Such a wonderful stay with all the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, rooms immaculate and location a dream. We are so happy we stayed here with our family and would absolutely stay again.

ここまで掃除が行き届いているホテルはなかったと思います。スタッフの皆さんがいつも暖かい笑顔で接して下さいました。英語が苦手な私達ですが、一生懸命耳を傾けてくださいました。 朝食のパンがとても美味しかった！ ローテンブルクの観光を予想以上に楽しめました。ありがとうございました。

Wonderful place in the heart of Rothenburg. Easy parking about 2 blocks away, but you can unload luggage in front of the hotel. Breakfasts were amazing!!! We also had dinner there twice and they were wonderful. Staff was very pleasant and super helpful. We were able to store our luggage after checkout and leave our car in the lot while we explored town. Only potential negative for some people is no elevator. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Considering the age of the building the hotel is really impressive. Staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. One small moan, the bed in room 120 really squeaks!

This is the classic wonderful city to visit in Barbaria. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Everything is so walking distance. People are very friendly. The room are very spacious clean with modern bathroom. They have a very good breakfast.

Lovely and very charming hotel in a beautiful location. We were able to choose our room whether in floors 1 or 3. Valet parking is excellent and you’re right in the middle of a beautiful town. The walk on the medieval wall is priceless!!!

What a lovely hotel inside this quaint walled city. The room we had was newly renovated, and was beautiful! Comfortable bed, great storage and a really neat bathroom! We loved our stay here- the hosts were so charming and helpful, a delicious breakfast was provided , and they very nicely assisted my siblings in surprising us with a 50th anniversary treat of sparkling wine and chocolates. Da wir am Rosenmontag in Romantikhotel Markusturm waren, war im Hotel und der Stadt wenig los. Wir durften uns sogar aus mehreren Zimmern das aussuchen, das uns am besten gefallen hat. Jedes Hotelzimmer sah anders aus Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detaill ausgestattet und es ist erkennbar, dass in die Modernisierung viel investiert wurde.

This hotel is like a fairytale. The furnishings are so beautiful! The staff was so lovely and accommodating. It is close to the square and has a great breakfast. We will be returning! Parking is a little tricky but they valet your car so that is helpful.

Such a great hotel, in a perfect location! There were 3 of us (adults), so the room we chose had plenty of space and storage for all of our luggage and bags - didn't feel crowded. Great location which made a walk to any attraction in the city very convenient. Parking is a few blocks away, but a very short walk (you can drop off bags at the front door). Wifi was solid and the breakfast was the best we had on our trip - loved their attention to detail with the service! Would definetely recommend staying here!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und es hat Charakter, aber es gibt leider auch Defizite. Wir hatten das Zimmer 118, es war ganz süß eingerichtet, aber das Badezimmer könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Die Duschkabine ist sehr in die Tage gekommen, hat enorme Kalkflecken und lässt sich nicht mehr richtig schließen. Das Wasser läuft nicht richtig ab und den Duschkopf sollte man sich nicht so genau anschauen, sieht, aufgrund enormer Kalkrückstände, wenig appetitlich aus. Die Kopfkissen sind, zumindest war dies für uns beide der Fall, nicht als solche zu bezeichnen; sie sind flach wie eine Flunder, verursachen Nackenschmerzen und haben uns eine bescheidene Nacht beschert. Wir waren schon öfter in Rothenburg und haben auch schon einige Hotels getestet, dies gehört leider zu denen, das wir, von unserer Seite, nicht mehr aufsuchen werden. Ich bin beruflich viel unterwegs und kenne ganz andere Preise für Parkplätze, aber für einen Parkplatz, nicht gesichert, nicht asphaltiert und ca. 200 mtr. entfernt, für 12€ hat meine Stimmung am Morgen auch nicht angehoben. Das Frühstück war absolut OK, aber keine Offenbarung.
