Hi Shaun, thanks for your review. Glad you enjoyed your time here. Our basic cabin is a good budget option if you don't mind using the shared bathrooms. We do have some cabins with either just a toilet or a full bathroom, in case you want to try that next time you come. Hope you got to check out the hot pools and beach access! Hi Nadine, Sie haben ein Zimmer mit niedrigem Preis gebucht, das etwas kleiner ist als unsere Ferienhäuser. Wir sind ein einfaches Ferienpark und können nicht einem Hotel gleichen. Wir sind immer am Pflegen, denn der Park existiert hier seit 70 Jahren, und viele Gäste lieben die rustikale Ambiente. Das tut uns sehr leid, dass wir vielleicht in dem Fall das Fensterputzen versäumt haben, wir werden darauf aufpassen. Wir und auch unsere Nachbarn räumen den Strand oft auf wenn wir Zeit haben, aber schließlich ist das ein öffentlicher Park und es kann einiges an Abfall vom See hereingeweht werden, besonders wenn ein Sturm gewesen ist. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie unsere Lage gemocht haben. Vielen Dank, dass Sie bei uns Ihre Ferientage verbracht haben. Beste Grüße aus Rotorua!

Hi, JohnSorry for your mistake - booked wrong type of room.The room type and facilities are stated website very clearly, also in confirmation email as well.You choosed is our most budget room - basic cabin, cheapest one. When you checkin, we only have two bedroom family room available, which is for 6-7 guests stay while you request to upgrade.Kind regards,

Sorry, last couple days it is unusual hot in Rotorua, reach 29-30'c. Normally it is 25'c around. You must stayed in our cabin? Next time you may try our one or two bedroom, which has more windows and thermal insolation. Which room you are in? Will check the fan and fix it. Kind regards, Andrew
