Es war unser zweiter Besuch im Nova Skyland Hotel. Wir finden die Zimmer wunderschön und fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück gefällt uns sehr gut. Abends im Restaurant ist der Service hervorragend. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Weihnachtsmanndorf ist natürlich sehr praktisch, besonders mit Kindern. Dieses Mal konnten wir sogar die Polarlichter bewundern. Rundum war es wieder ein gelungener Urlaub. Wr kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

インテリアが可愛くて清潔感もあり最高でした。 洗面エリアが1階と2階にそれぞれあるのも便利で良かったです。 ロヴァニエミに行った際にはまた必ず泊まりたいです。

Das Hotel ist einfach super. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Alles war tipp top. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Zimmer einfach mega gemütlich. Alles sauber und in einem top Zustand.

Everything is excellent. The dinner I enjoyed very much, the salmon and the beef were delicious, even the breads were so good. The staffs in restaurant were very nice, and the reception provided an unforgettable experience for both of us, especially who assisted to bring our luggages, led us to the room, instructed us the room conditions. Every staff’s smile brought us warmth and joy. The room is extremely good with sauna included. Just one thing the hotel may improve is to turn off the road lights which may lower the visibility of seeing northern lights. And we still thank for everything.

Ein wunderbares Hotel in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Weihnachtsmanndorf - aber doch weit genug weg, um abseits des Trubels zu sein. Fantastische, moderne Zimmer mit Blick auf den verschneiten Wald.

Luxe hotel met prachtige, grote, nette kamers van alle gemakken voorzien. Is op loopafstand van de commerciële activiteiten rondom Santa Village, vlakbij het vliegveld en genoeg eetgelegenheden. Ontbijt is voornamelijk gericht op de Finse en Lapland keuken. Verwacht dan ook geen pancakes of croissantjes.

The property is located near to the Santa Claus Village so you can easily walk there. The restaurant is offering nice food options and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Overall it was a very nice stay

Alles perfekt, wir haben es so genossen und alles war super. Personal total nett, Essen sehr gut.es fehlt einem nichts. Die eigene Sauna im Zimmer ist natürlich was besonderes und man ist froh eine im Zimmer zu haben bei Minus XX Grad 😂. Kommen gerne wieder. Die Forest-Umgebung mit viel Wanderwegen....hammer.

The staff are very nice. They got us a big take-away breakfast after knew that we woke up late tmr for the icebreak cruise. The house are wonderful. The sauna also is a definitely great advantage for the stay.

We booked here thinking it was more remote than it actually was. It's on the same complex as Santa Claus Village which was a surprise. The hotel was very good though. We had a cottage which was clean and spacious with a private sauna. The only disappointing thing was that there were no music channels on the TV, v limited channels when you want to stay in and relax. The breakfast was great and all staff friendly and helpful. Recommended.

This hotel and room is beautiful, however it is not ideal if you want to see the northern lights, because it is inside Santa Claus Village and they keep lights on 24/7. You will only see the aurora if there are zero clouds and they are very strong in the sky. If it is cloudy you’ll see the reflection of the light pollution in the village. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. The amenities in the room are great, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is very professional and nice.

Beautiful rooms, nice breakfast and dinner, well located. Rooms were a bit warm and didn't seem to be adjustable. Stairs have an automatic motion sensor that can't be disabled (unless blocked with a ladder) so beware if you have children sleeping there. Kindly provided an extra roll away bed for a 2nd child. Don't expect to see northern lights from the room unless they're very strong as there are lights nearby - should be viewable after a short walk - unfortunately not during our visit.

Stay here for 3 nights. Loved the in-room saunas, location and the staff was friendly and helpful. A couple of things. There are no thermostats in the rooms and the temperature is kept quite warm. If you are a hot sleeper, this could be a problem.

One of the next hotels I have stayed in so far. The wooden house was very cute and clean. It’s double-decked and super spacious. The staff were very friendly, particularly a male staff who speaks Cantonese who introduced our room to us patiently. One bad thing is the la k of autograph alarm.

Que hospedagem! Ficamos encantados com o quarto. De muito bom gosto. Infelizmente o tempo não deixou ver a aurora deitados na cama, mas recomendo demais a estadia. Queria ter tido mais dias pra curtir cada cantinho. Ótimo café da manhã e muito fácil chegar na Santa Claus Village. Gostaria de voltar com tudo branquinho de neve.
