“The property was pretty central, walking distance to eateries and shops, good parking. Stuart was very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was your choice, plentiful, freshly cooked and my room was spotless, cosy bed and hot shower. I liked it a lot.”

“We chose the Filly Inn after reading through previous reviews, it did not disappoint! Great service, great food, great drinks, great room. We stayed for one night the rooms come with everything you could need and more! The menu has such a great selection, so good it makes it hard to decide and makes you want to stay longer! The breakfast was top class as well! Such friendly staff too made it a perfect stay and would 100% go back ”

“Trevligt hotell med trevligt personal. Nära till färjan men ligger avsides så man störs inte av trafik. Hade inga problem med ljud men vi åkte inte under säsong så det var lite lugnare på hotellet.”

“Extremely pleasant stay the staff were friendly and efficient, The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue was the lighting by the mirrors we found inadequate for getting ready for a wedding and it would have be nice to have a full length mirror. Breakfast wad great and will certainly stay again. Many thanks for making our stay most enjoyable.”

“Vandrade dit på Tennison trail. Dag 2 gick kustvägen (10 km) till Yarmouth. Bussen tillbaka. The Needles har vi gått till förut men rekommenderas också Brasa väntade oss och god mat.”

“When we arrived at the Griffin, to our surprise, our reservation was canceled. Apparently, the Griffin had a water leak and were in the process of repairing the damage. They said that an email was sent to us canceling our reservations 2 days prior. We were on a cruise at the time and did not get this email because we had no service while on the cruise. It was a very unfortunate situation. We are from the USA and found out upon arrival in England that our cell phones were not working properly so...

“Fantastic place totally out of the ordinary. Five-star attention by the staff made us feel welcome from the start. Great romantic room and Full English breakfast served at the table. We had dinner in the cosy restaurant with a menu leaning heavily on seafood, for obvious reasons. After a walk along the seafront we came back for a coffee in the nice pub-part of the restaurant. Our room (404) had total sea view and we could see Portsmouth across the sound. We'll come back next time we're in the...

“We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it.”

“We have now seen the future of hotels. The room2 concept is brilliant. A room with a basic self-service kitchen was precisely what we needed when we ended up staying for longer than we had planned. If the loft bed had come with a proper mattress and in full length, it would have been perfect.”

“Väldigt litet rum, vi blev övertalade vid incheckningen att uppgraderade oss för att få havsutsikt men fönstret var väldigt litet och i rummet fick det knappast plats mer än en säng. Minsta rum jag bott i! Kändes dock rent och fint och servicen var vänlig. Trappor upp till rummet (och även i rummet) trångt och svårt att bära väskan. Trevlig frukostmatsal med bra frukost. Området tråkigt. Ingenting runt hotellet och det gick inte ens att ta sig ner på stranden. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter.”
