First, they didn’t even know about the platinum membership perks even tho they are a VIP hotel. We didn’t get a room upgrade which is ok but the room we did have had some issue. First the duvet had stains so we asked if they could change it. They did change it but left the first blanket in the room. The coffee mugs were also first so we needed them changed. Finally the tv wasn’t working so we needed someone to come and get it working. The manager did accommodate us for a free brunch which definitely helped improve our stay and overall the staff was nice. Just hate to see those kinds of issues for a 5 star hotel.
