“The cabin was great but the 'leisurely stroll to the beach ' was horrible. A very steep driveway!!! The beach was not well maintained, old bouys and ropes. No place to sit except an old picnic table that was very close to the water.”

“Nice spot on the lake, close to the shore as well. Camp is located well in from the roads so no concerns with traffic while staying there with our dog. Great screened porch. Although we didn’t get an opportunity to use them as the weather was cool it was nice to have kayaks and PFDs available if you were so inclined. Easy drive to explore the coast from the cabin. Lovely walks/small hikes nearby. Also close to shopping and Shain’s which was great!”

“We had a wonderful weeklong stay at the cabin. It was nice and clean. It’s great location allowed us to go to Acadia and Portland as day trips. We enjoyed a number of trips on the lake in kayaks. We listened to the loons and saw Eagles every day. Town is quite close for groceries and pizza. Eva was very easy to work with, and very accommodating when I asked about it bringing an extra dog at the last minute. Thank you for a great week!”

“My niece and I were super excited before we even got there, and upon arrival were saying things like “Is this even real?!” As to say, I can believe we are staying here!! Loved the simple, yet elegant decor. We enjoyed the quiet sunset on the pond, while the fireflies danced on our arms. We ended the day relaxing to our favorite songs in the hot tub, and had a couple s’mores in the fire pit. “We had a great time on Frye Island. The cabin was nice and we enjoyed exploring with the golf carts. Could have been cleaner as we noticed there was a lot of stuff under the couch cushions. Also, would have been nice to have the property owner reach out before check in day about the check in process.”

“My friends and I spent the night in the Canopy Tree House for my friends birthday. There were 3 of us- one from Canada, one from California, and one from England! We were looking for a place with a hot tub to relax and enjoy ourselves. This was the perfect place. So unique and fun. It looked as though much of the home was taken from the surrounding property.
