“Very quiet. Plenty of parking in lot. Some of the windows didn’t have screens, it was very warm upstairs. No air conditioning.”

“What a darling flat in heart of the village. We were in town for a wedding. The place was perfectly located. We were in walking distance to all the festivities. The games, ping pong and Fooze ball were a big hit. Although we stayed there off season I can imagine what a great spot this would be for summer get away”

“I cannot possibly say enough about how wonderful our whole experience was! Betty was BEYOND wonderful. Kind, prompt replies, and very patient with me and my “no technological” skills lol. The house was clean, cozy, and a perfect location to be out of the hustle and bustle of the busy spring break rush, but close enough to enjoy all that Frankenmuth has to offer. It was like being up north and serene and in minutes in the city to shop, eat, and play!! We will most definitely be back to this...

“This is a nice apartment surrounded by other rental units. There is adequate seating, and the beds are comfortable. There were four of us staying for 3 nights, and I wish there had been more than 2 large towels provided, and ice trays and baking sheets for cooking, but other than that, we had everything we needed. Thanks!”

“This is a wonderful option in Bay City. It is centrally located, near great restaurants and very comfortable. I will not stay in a hotel again when I visit Bay City. This property is more comfortable and better priced than the hotels nearby. Do not hesitate to stay here.”

“This is a cozy little get away place that we enjoyed very much. Loved the kitchenette for morning coffee and late evening suppers of leftovers warmed in the microwave. We also enjoyed afternoon tea there each day of our stay. Evenings were spent in the lovely front room in front of the television watching retro tv programs...a favorite. The bedrooms and bath were very generous as well. The location is close to downtown and very walkable. We would enjoy staying there again. Thanks!!”

“The rental was very clean. A very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped. A very nice place for money. Especially like the no pet policy. The only improvement would be is for the neighbors next to driveway to do some outdoor cleanup. Time permitting it would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the available fire pit and grill. “The host cancelled my reservation on the day of, because he "didn't like my tone" (I asked him for check in instructions). Then he claimed that my credit card was denied and that's why he cancelled, but Vrbo billed me the usual service fee of $20 and my bank confirmed that the card was not denied. Obviously double-booked. Quite rude man, and clearly a place to avoid if you need to count on the reservation being there when you arrive. ”
