“Loved staying at this lovely cottage! Debra was an amazing hostess. Great location very close to the square and walking distance to Southwestern. Our daughter is a senior and we wish we found Debra's cottage 4 years ago when our daughter was a freshman. I highly recommend for a couple or family with 1-2 kids. My mother in law joined and it was a perfect and comfortable place to stay.”

“The property was easy to get too. Was close to UMHB and that was perfect. Unfortunately the door cofe didnt work at first and we was late getting in the property by 4 hrs. The property manager was good at letting us know what was going on. She was very nice and the house was beautiful. Needs a little touch up here and there but its great for kids and teenagers. The barbie room was the best. Will definitely stay again. ”

“This property is truly a hidden gem. Tucked away in a grove of lush woods, it is so peaceful. The home itself is warm and inviting. Great care has gone into updating this ranch house while keeping the original charm. The décor is welcoming and in just the right amounts. Covered front and back porches are just delightful for morning coffee. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, and top notch linens. Plenty of seating options in the living room and sitting room with very comfortable furniture....

“The home was not clean and had ants. It smells like smoke so much so that even my luggage smelled like smoke. The neighborhood is not great. Definitely not worth the price. When I brought the ants and the fact that the house was not cleaned to the manager’s attention …they did spray for ants and clean up. The manager was helpful but I would not stay here again. The smoke smell was awful.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of our stay relaxing outside enjoying the breeze and the view, which was our main purpose for this trip. We were within walking distance of some wonderful shops. We highly recommend visiting these places. We were also a short distance (2-3 minute walk) from Pace Park, a neighborhood park that our dog enjoyed. This trip was 100% enjoyable! Would we stay here again? Most definitely.”

“Perfect place for a nice, quiet getaway. At first arrival, the home reminded me of starting at my grandmother’s house with everything you need. Bonus, a beautiful view out on the back deck, friendly neighbors and just a short golf cart ride to shopping and food. The only thing extra you would need to bring is a throw blanket if you plan on lounging on the sofas or get cold easily.”
