Väldigt fint hotell med bra läge för att upptäcka staden. Frukostserveringen är lite liten och blir full vid dom mest populära tiderna. Men det finns alternativ alldeles utanför hotellet. Baren på hotellet är trevlig och inte lika högljud som andra barer i närheten. Hotellets konferenslokal var bra och det fanns alltid kaffe tillgängligt.

Första besöket i stan
Hotellets läge ligger bra om man vill ha närhet till hopon hopoff buss som hotellet kan hjälpa till med att köpa biljett. OBS om ni tänkt besöka Alcatraz så är det ca 6 veckors förköp på dom. Kan funka om man köper kombinerad biljett. Vi kom med bil. Nästan påtvingad bevakad parkering för 59 dollar per natt. Hotell rummet var ej bra städat ville knappt bo kvar. Hotellet trycker på om att byta städningen av rummet mot att få 5 dollar om dygnet som man kan köpa nåt från rummets bar. Frukosten är ok.

Vi valde hotellet eftersom det var en väldigt trevlig presentation på hemsidan och det gav sken av att vara ett litet mysigt boutiqe hotell. Tyvärr var det bara lobby/bar som kändes lyxigt, resten känndes som ett renoverat hotell där man inte gått hela vägen utan fixat lite här och lite där. Städningen var sådär.. hittade ett gammalt snytpapper (hoppas jag verkligen i alla fall att det var) bredvid sängen och en hårsnodd på andra sidan sängen. Känndes så där med tanke på priset. Dåligt dammat över lag. Servicen i receptionen var ok, det som essade var deras doorman som var outstanding och hjälpte oss med restauranger och biltransporter samt hjälpte oss boka en vintur i Napa.

My go to hotel when visiting San Francisco for work. On site parking, easy to get to local restaurants and business meetings in the city. The friendliness of the staff is what sets this hotel apart. Always on top of things and welcoming at all points. There is a resort fee like most hotels in San Francisco, but unlike other hotels where it is a charge for amenities you will probably not use, you can use it towards credit on food and drinks at the bar on site.

My experience here was amazing. Although I kept missing breakfast, I was able to validate a free ride on the cable car and it was an amazing experience. The location is not bad I felt safe to walk around at night but still kept my guard up. It was also very easy to order Uber too and near a lot of trendy locations such as Chinatown, maestros steakhouse, and union square.

The location was within walking distance of Union Square and many bars, which was nice. It’s just such a sad and messy situation with the unhoused. The staff at the hotel was hit and miss: a couple were friendly and a few were pretty abrasive. We were given a $25 food and beverage credit but all it did was offset the “destination fee” they charged. The glass of champagne at check in was nice. Valet was $69! We parked next door for $50. The bed was comfortable. The main reason for the average review is the attitude of some of the staff. It was kind of funny how rude they were; like an SNL skit.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience. This booking was from 06/24. Were you able to call the hotel after check out to address any discrepancies? Your folio charges have Destination fees, restaurant charges, and 4 mini-bar charges. Total to 195.70. However, this was settled five months ago. Next time please contact the hotel directly either during check out or after you check out to address any issue.

Christine was so great.
I was there for business for two nights. Staff was extremely nice and helpful throughout. Christine at reception was the best, I asked for needle and thread to mend a hole in my jacket and instead of just providing me with the needle and thread, she personally took the time to temporarily mend the hole in jacket which was unexpected and above and beyond. Thank you, Christine!

Great stay in San Francisco. The property was clean, the room was large and the property had a San Francisco feel to it. The staff were wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. The wifi in the room was down, but the staff were very attentive in trying to fix it. It could have just been the location of our room as it was at the end of the hallway.

The hotel itself was very nice- decorated well and staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately outside there were several homeless and mentally ill people. Not the hotel's fault of course but as a small female I didn't feel super comfortable walking at night. If you go one block up from the front door it is better!

The service was excellent, the host chris was welcoming and extremely professional. He gifted us a bottle of champagne to enjoy also. My husband 42 birthday was absolutely enjoyable here at your hotel.

Tengan mucho cuidado porque tuve problemas a la hora del check in, luego a la hora del pago dicen que está todo bien y después cobraron otra vez, diciendo que estaba mal la fecha de ingreso y que se debe hacer el trámite en la aplicación que reserve para que me hagan la devolución del dinero y tarda 30 días

Principally, the Hotel and the staff is great, but we think we have been tricked into using the valet parking service. Right next door is a covered parking lot which has about half the rates of the Adagio, which is guarded, but open air. Else the service was great, part of our package were two tickets for the Cable Car and a 25$ allowance for food and drinks (except minibar)

Thank you for your 5 out of 5 ready. We are pleased that you found our team to be friendly. Regarding the parking, we offer valet service with ins and out with 24-hour assistants. There are other lots in the area, but they do not provide the same service as us, and they lock their lot. I am sorry you felt tricked into using our valet. This is an optional service and does not have to be used if the guest doesn't need it.

Good price. Needs a little attention.
Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was was fairy nice. Beds were quite comfortable, but pillows weren’t great. Bathroom was dated and questionably clean with visible build up and hair in corners and around taps. Cleaned it up myself with some Lysol wipes.

Excellent place and service
Perfect, the staff was amazing!!!! Excellent service from absolutely everyone here. I came for 1 night, only to go to ,y passport appointment, so I did my research and I knew what to expect about the area, but the Hotel and the staff were beyond my expectations. Every person was super nice and resourceful from the moment I put a step in. OMG and the food wow, you have to try the halibut at the bar! Cherry on top ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is property is a jewel - clean, quiet, comfortable, and stylish, and the staff is stellar. A five-star experience! The neighborhood is edgie. It was like this pre-pandemic and continues to be this way post-pandemic.
