I was disappointed to hear it was less than exceptional. Please accept my apologies if you were not made aware of our Guest Amenities Fee and all the great items it includes. Hopefully you took advantage of the items that the Guest Amenity Fee includes, such as the complimentary WiFi, complimentary bikes, the complimentary access to 24/Hour Fitness next door, and the Pescatore Dinning Credit.
