Trevligt
Trevligt hotell i lugna kvarter. Visserligen ca 2km till de centrala delarna av SF och Fishermans Wharf men det är bara att ta en taxi/uber. Trevligt med daglig vinprovning i lobbyn. Bra frukostrestaurang mot betalning, ca 200:-!

Helt ok hotell.
Helt godkänt hotell. Skulle ge det 3+ i betyg som helhet. Rent på rummet, men kunde ha varit renare i korridorer och på gymet. Hotellet ligger oerhört bra till där du kan promenera till flera närområden utanför Japan Town. Jag pch min sambo var nöjda i sin helhet. Gymet lämnar dock mycket mer att önska vad det gäller storlek och utrustning.

Bra läge på ett trevligt hotel
Supertrevligt hotell mitt i centrala SAN Fransico. Rent fint och stort rum med skön säng och bra kuddar. Vacker utsikt över Japan town. Gratis kaffe och the i receptionen. De bjuder på viner mellan kl 17-18 varje dag i lobbyn, supertrevligt och uppskattat.

Great location and staff. Nice room with a comfortable bed. The gym is small though. If you are looking to work out, this isn’t for you. Overall, great experience otherwise.

We fully enjoyed our stay here... Room was clean and there was plenty of room. staff was helpful. You had to ask for amenities like a hair dryer, but I believe you could get one. But it was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, there were enough outlets.. I can't think of anything negative about it. It was perfect for what we needed it for. Had a small fridge, no microwave, and no coffee in the room (coffee downstairs was very good) Overall, this place was great!!! Would recommend!

Walked in on
The hotel is quite lovely. The art and the vibe are right up our alley. Having room service walk in on me butt ass naked at 8am on a Sunday morning is the most ludicrous thing the staff could do. No apology, no nothing. When I told front desk I was told “yeah, that happens sometimes”. Well, in my 42yrs that is a first. Most likely will not be staying again do the lack of concern.

Great stay in Japantown!
The staff were incredible and accommodating. The room was recently renovated and very comfortable. The hotel will only get better as they bring back the restaurant! Looking forward to staying here again. Love the proximity to Fillmore St.

Japanese design inspired hotel in SF Japantown
Very nice hotel in Japantown in San Francisco. Great access to Japantown malls, food, and shopping. Really enjoyed being able to get a plant at checkin and having this in our room, very fun! Room was very comfortable, with super plush mattress and bedding. Very nice Japanese inspired decorations in the room. Enjoyed the wine happy hour in early evening. Overall outstanding stay!
