It was convenient, steps away from the lightrail for easy transportation throughout the Bay area. A convenient store feet away. The Civic Center and a Park blocks away. What I didn't like was not able to find ice and non working vending machines.

Unclean, and unsafe property. Staff was rude, and yelled at us when we inquired about check in. Bed bugs, hair in the shower, dirty sheets, inaccessible to those with limited mobility, broken doors a complete mess of a place.

Will Never Stay Here Again Room Smelled Bad Had To Go Buy Candles On top Of That We Couldnt Even Shower Since there Was No Hot Water And The Water Kept Running All Night Shower Faucet Was Broken In The Middle Of The Night Big Puddle Of Water Coming From The Ceiling In The Bathroom And Rooms Have No Microwave or Refrigerator Really Disappointed With This Room

I like it was close to freeway and airport. What I didn't like was the traffic this place gets. Let's just say it's a Hoetel. The room above me stayed up all night cleaning and walking back and forth. Cars pulling up and leaving all times of night. Then got the nerve to charge me a deposit at check in. If your a single man on vacation this place might work for you if you don't mind the BS. Keep kids away from here please

This hotel is run down. The reception area is not inviting. The rooms are completely run down. The carpet is dirty, stained and matted in areas. The bathroom floor tiles move and feels like you foot is going through the floor. The sheets are ok but the top covering for the bed is burnt or dirty and stained. I would not stay here again. Outside the premises are a group of men drinking alcohol with loud music in front of the broken down school bus.

Never Again
The power to the hotel was out and was not going to be restored till the next day and the hotel offered no kind of compensation or assistance with any kind of lighting. Then there was a drunken bottle throwing fight in the parking lot, cops were called and the commotion didn’t stop till after 3am and I had a 7 am flight so needless to say I didn’t get any sleep. Surrounding area look ok but the hotel it’s self was a nightmare.

This maybe the dingiest motel I have stayed in a long time. I ended up sleeping in my clothes on top of the covers. The entire motel was dilapidated. Felt like I was in a pay by the hour motel. The room did have a mini fridge and wifi like stated. Will never stay there again.

Very basic old hotel
Very basic room. No mini fridge or microwave. Very old but maintained furniture. The room smelled like an old motel, but it was clean.

Although it advertises both wired and wireless internet, they are not available in the room. The Wifi network is only strong enough to use at the reception desk. It's a really old building and the structure slows down or outright blocks phone service. Its fine if you literally only need a place to sleep and leave.

I got called into work and wouldn't be able to check in at 3pm or 11pm. So they let me put my daughters name in the reservation with no hassel.

Extremely Extremely unsafe and dirty. Windows did not seal, room smelled nasty, people screaming profanities all night. Police came and were looking for someone and knocking on every door to look for someone. Lots of crackheads all over property. Did not feel safe whatsoever.

Close to airport was the only plus. Expedia advertised as with microwave and fridge. There was no microwave - the property manager said he has no microwaves as customers have 'technical issues with them'. Homeless people all over the property, with a low life liquor store next store. They have not updated anything for a lifetime... they still use mechanical keys (only 1 available). I remember the pictures on the walls from the 1950's... and not in a good way. There were three incandescent lights in the room; barely able to light the space. The light in the bathroom came on with a screaming fan; so you really can't use it. The manager was really condescending, acted as if he had a really exclusive property, did not provider wifi code until three trips back to the office. He made me sign three separate pieces of paper before I could access the room. Took 15 minutes for his paperwork. Room smelled filthy with chemical spray attempting to cover it up.

Bare-bones flophouse. No coffee in room; no coffee in the lobby. TV and wall heater worked. Bed was firm. Shower was well positioned for anyone 5' 4" or shorter; plenty of hot water and the drain drained. Not sure why this place is called "extended stay"; no fridge or microwave or kitchenette. Seedy liquor store and a dive bar are conveniently located next door.

Canceled my reservation with out any call or email saying Expedia notified me when i didn’t receive anything. Almost ruined my trip in San Jose but thankfully I found another hotel right away at 9:30 pm when final check is was at 11pm.

You get what you pay for..
The hotel inn was very worn out and needed some improvement and maintaining. The lights in my bathroom werent working correctly and were as dim as if they were off. The floor had these creaky floors and dead spots on the ground where you can feel it kinda sink in. The towels looked dirty and stained. But I guess okay for the price?

I didn't even stay in the room more than 10 minutes. I checked in, went to the room, saw cockroaches behind the bedside table, and went right back to the office to cancel my stay. Yet the front desk clerk didn't want to issue me a full refund. Avoid this place. If you see cockroaches in the daytime (as I did), you just know the building's infested with them. DON'T STAY HERE, NOT WORTH IT!
